A new log cabin with a beautiful view to a lake

A new, well-equipped log cabin built 2018 with a good access to the main roads and nearby cities. The cabin is located on a hill with a great view to a big lake. The cabin is surrounded by great berry forests, hiking trails and a lake rich in fish. In the cabin you have a wood burning sauna, a fireplace, a grill shelter, a hot tub and a boat. Winter time you can do cross-country skiing, downhill skiing, snowboarding, ice fishing and snowshoe trekking.The nearest ski center is in Sappee (30km)

In your own little house (38m2), enjoy Finnish real-wood sauna. You can also listen music in sauna from your own phone via speakers. Relax at the terrace/garden. Enjoy jacuzzi for extra charge 60€ per day. Cook in kitchenette and wash laundry. 150m to buss stop directly to Helsinki city center 35-50min. depending on the traffic. To airport 10 km. Cottage is meant for 2 people (no parties, no extra guests). Day guests can be agreed separately for 25€/person. Our own house is in the same garden.

Omistaja asuu samassa pihapiirissä olevassa päärakennuksessa. Pihalla on tilaa autolle. Paikka soveltuu erityisesti luonnosta ja retkeilystä kiinnostuneille ihmisille. Paritalon toinen puolikas, isäntäväki asuu toisella puolella. Pari makuuhuonetta, isot oleskelutilat, keittiö ja saunaosasto. Käytössä myös terassi ja aidattu takapiha. Rauhallinen omakotitaloalue. Olemme järven lähellä, mutta rantaan ei ole pääsyä. Lähimmät uimarannat ovat Idänpään tai Matkolammin uimaranta, jotka molemmat sijaitsevat noin 1,5 km päässä. Hämeenlinnan keskusta on vain reilun kolmen kilometrin päässä, ja lähimmälle golfkentällekin on vain reilu kilometri.
