4 hari di sini numpang rekaman vokal. This place was everything we needed. Private; homey; lingkungannya hening & tenang tapi di satu sisi juga strategis kalo butuh apa2 ada mall & supermarket; semua fasilitas rumah berfungsi dengan baik termasuk hot shower & dispenser air panas. Ownernya enak diajak komunikasi. Check out gak ada masalah, bahkan kita minta waktu tambahan beberapa lama untuk nunggu jemputan dan langsung diiyakan. Overall aku sangat recommend tempat ini. Kami sangat nyaman untuk bermalam disini dan mba nur sangat ramah. Saya dan teman bermalam untuk menyelesaikan pekerjaan, Wifi nya cukup bagus dan Smart TV nya sangat besar, kebetulan bisa digunakan sebagai pengganti layar proyektor.. sangat rekomendasi

Menginap 2 mlm disini. Semua sangat puas. Tempatnya nyaman, bersih, kamar2 tidur besar., kolam renangnya bersih. Tuan rumahnya jg baik, mudah dihubungi. Besok2 kl perlu villa akan kesini lagi. Terima kasih.

Rumahnya nyaman. Bersih. Sesuai deskripsi. We had a private and intimate event and it went smooth with the help of pak Saipul. Air di kamar mandinya kecil. Tp masi bisa di tolerate. Other than that, everything was excellent!

My stay was absolutely exceptional! The accommodation was immaculately clean with a fresh, inviting atmosphere throughout. The fully-equipped kitchen featured quality appliances, cookware and utensils perfect for preparing any meal with ease. The amenities were comprehensive from premium bathroom toiletries and plush towels to the incredibly comfortable bedroom with high quality linens. The living space combined style and comfort with reliable WiFi and entertainment options. What truly impressed me was Flavia's hospitality. She was an incredibly kind and attentive host who responded immediately to all my questions and needs. Her warm welcome and thoughtful recommendations made my stay even more special. Nice and homey place. Owner provides a lot of equipment including hairdryer and iron. Will comeback again one day.

Excellent place. Clean and greatly maintained. There are shops downstairs and that's a great convenience. Aeon mall not too far away which was great. Everything is accessible via grab. Love it!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Dwitya’s place on the 35th floor of Transpark Bintaro, and it was truly an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how spotless and immaculately clean the entire unit was. It’s clear that Dwitya takes great pride in maintaining a welcoming and pristine environment for her guests. The unit is beautifully designed and equipped with all the VIP amenities you could ask for, including high-speed Wi-Fi, premium toiletries, a fully stocked kitchenette, and even complimentary beverages. The attention to detail in every corner of the apartment is remarkable, making it feel like a home away from home. What really stood out to me was the breathtaking view from the 35th floor. Watching the sunset from the unit was a memorable highlight of my stay. Additionally, the location is perfect, with easy access to nearby malls, restaurants, and public transportation. Dwitya was an excellent host—responsive and truthful :) 10 out 10

Kami menginap 1 Minggu merasa nyaman sekali. Disediakan tidak hanya welcome Drink saja, tapi macam2 snack. Keluar unit langsung ke kolam renang dan ruang olah raga, meskipun kami tidak menggunakan fasilitas ini. Unit ini kami rekomendasikan dan kemungkinan besar bila ada kesempatan, kami akan kembali bermalam.

The place is clean and convenient. Sisca is very responsive to help when we have issues. It's a nice place to stay with family, well equipped for staying and cooking, everything we need to make this a home. Thanks, Sisca.

The apartment is small but very complete. It is very convenient to be living next to the mall, where there are dozens of shops and resto's available, just outside the door. The unit was clean and cozy. Note that most cupboards were closed for obviously it is a private apartment of the owner, but there was enough space available to store clothes. The pool and whirlpool downstairs are very nice. Communication with Anty and Muthia was quick and they helped us out nicely when needed. The mattrass is nice, wifi was good enough for work purposes. Definitely recommended. PS: Note that central Jakarta is always full of trafic jams.

I had a great time staying at Adhys place. The design of the unit was very unique. The space was not too big though but enough for two adults and two children. The amenities provided were useful. The swimming pool is a big win for the kids and there are lots of nice restaurants nearby. Thank you and will be back again.
