South Gloucestershire: hospedarias

We had a wonderful weekend in Marsha’s Airbnb. It was well appointed, clean and comfortable. We are a couple with two medium sized dogs and the garden studio was a perfect size. The walk into Bradford-on-Avon was lovely through the woods (approx 15 mins). We walked to Bath along the Avon and Kennet Canal and got the train back. Highly recommended. Bradford-on-Avon is a firm favourite of ours. Loads of pubs and restaurants and simply beautiful. We recommend the Timbrells Yard for dinner and drinks on the terrace. Marsha was really welcoming and helpful. Can’t fault this place. Thank you.

Had the pleasure of staying at The Stables over Easter weekend. Well kept property which was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Great outdoor area with hot tub as described overlooking the garden. Nancy was a great host and very responsive.

Die Unterkunft ist super schön und liegt idyllisch im Grünen. Es ist sehr stilvoll und praktisch eingerichtet. Wir reisten mit einem kleinen Kind und uns wurde ein Babybett zur Verfügung gestellt. Alles hat geblüht und die Gegend war allgemein sehr hübsch. Die Kommunikation und Hilfsbereitschaft waren top. Wir haben unsere drei Nächte in vollen Zügen genossen.

Absolutely brilliant place. Nicola was a fantastic host. Breakfast was a lovely touch and very appreciated. Would highly recommend to anyone ! And the hot tub was a brilliant facility to have :) Would 100% stay again !!!

There’s a dilemma when finding a gem.. do you keep to yourself (and enable ease of rebooking) or share ? David and Candida are so generous to share their incredible property, it is only right to share my opinions too. This place is incredible- the location, spotless property and abundant tranquility. Probably difficult to access in the winter, but staying in spring was like being whisked away to Somerset heaven. Take some slippers for the stairs (cast iron uncomfortable underfoot) but that was the only flaw in a delightful stay.

After deciding to go for a short stay with my 7 month old and sister, I was nervous on where to stay; what a great choice I made! Amanda was extremely helpful and responsive. The instructions of finding the premises were clear with the option to call her if any issues arose. I felt safe with the accommodation being gated and down a peaceful road. The space was as shown in the pictures, with everything clean, modern and tidy. There was also a space within the private driveway for a car. Due to there being no check ins after our check out, Amanda allowed us to check out later than planned which was also very kind and practical with an unpredictable baby. The place was in driving distance from the town centre or a slightly longer walk. Either are ideal! I would definitely stay again if I return to Bath! 5* all the way!

A beautiful loft in a very peaceful location. The loft is very well equipped and in a very quiet location with no road noise. Great to have a safe location to park the motorbike overnight.

Stayed for the one night. Hot tub, pool table and dart board made for a great evening. Cassie was a brilliant host very responsive when we had questions, even letting us have a late checkout and a bbq on the patio. Due to lack of kitchen amenities wouldn’t really recommend for a longer stay but for a quick getaway it was perfect. Thank you Cassie we had a great time would definitely recommend.

The Granary made for the perfect getaway for a long weekend. It was spotless with beautiful finishings throughout. The views were breathtaking and the surrounding areas were just as beautiful. All listed amenities were included; a high spec kitchen, king size bed, walk-in shower and free parking on site. Jenna was friendly and very responsive, answering any questions we had in good time. I’d highly recommend this for anyone looking to escape to the countryside.

We stayed for 3 nights in what was the best weather of the year so far. So good start Kate gave us sound advice on where to eat and visit, apartment was clean had everything we needed. Lovely views from balcony. Highly recommend, enjoyed our short visit.

Die Unterlunft war kleiner als erwartet, aber dennoch makellos sauber, mit Allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Das Bett ist sehr bequem, wir haben darin super geschlafen. Alles da, was man in einer Küche so brauchen könnte… und mit kleinen Willkommensgeschenken… das hat uns sehr gefreut. Der Garten sieht zauberhaft aus. Trotz Hauptstraße ist es nicht zu laut. Sam und Adrian sind entzückend, sehr nett und immer gut erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gern wieder. 100% Empfehlung. 👍🏻

The studio was lovely, very modern, clean and comfortable. Really enjoyed the balcony, beautiful garden and peaceful surroundings. Thankyou Chris and Lou for the wine and snacks on arrival and for being great hosts.

Robins Nest is a hidden gem: a truly wonderful place to stay in Bath. It’s only a 10 min walk from the centre of town but it’s like being in the countryside - beautifully quiet, waking to bird song…The facilities are excellent: clean and comfortable with the added advantage of parking..I only wish we could have stayed for longer.

Beautiful property, in a very quiet area. Stayed here for a wedding and it was just what we needed. Getting there was a bit tricky down a single lane track, but other than that lovely time away at the property.

This place exceeds expectations, the photos truly don’t do it justice as it’s a lot bigger than we thought! 2 large doubles both with en-suites and a single. Large kitchen area and new grey corner sofa! And downstairs bathroom too! The house was very clean and had everything we needed. There is a private outside eating area too and the birds sing all day! Beautiful area! Very peaceful and quiet. Nice walks from the place. Colin is on site so very quick to respond and helpful. Chepstow was beautiful and so close, the castle is worth a visit. The perfect peaceful stay would definitely recommend.

Un vrai petit coin de paradis ❤️. Tout était charmant et calme. Nous avons apprécié l’intimité du lieu, apprécié la piscine après avoir découvert Bristol, Bath, Lacock, Castlecombe sous un soleil magnifique ! Les propriétaires sont très discrets et toujours disponibles si besoin . Le cri des mouettes, des palombes amoureuses, les moutons trop mignons et la prairie de fleurs 🌸❤️. Faites la balade à pied jusqu’à Lacock c’est un vrai bonheur. Que du positif merci encore aux propriétaires !

My sister and I attended a friends wedding at The Mill. The annex is only a 5 minute drive to venue so absolutely perfect. We arrived a little later on the Friday evening. than expected due to traffic, the weather was very hot and victoria had kindly opened the windows for us and left us some milk for a cuppa. Both Victoria and her husband Joe were great regards communication and gave helpful information about where the property, how to get in, Ubers and local amenities. On Sunday morning when we were leaving we had a great chat with Victoria, we will definitely stay again if we visit Bath and would highly recommend to others. Kelly

Claire and Christopher were incredible hosts! Their little home from home was perfect for our family of four. It was very well set up, kitted out kitchen perfect for any type of cooking, cozy space, and lovely surroundings. We especially loved exploring the fields and the kids loved the chickens and dogs! The hot tub was a perfect way to end each day. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a countryside experience with all the comforts of home.

Lovely place. Clean, comfortable living and bedroom and really spacious. Views out towards the countryside are very special. Great communication with helpful local recommendations. Easy to find and check in and a friendly welcome. Highly recommended.

Beautifully converted barn makes a wonderful space - in reality, it is even more picturesque than on the photos. The barn is a great base to visit Bath, Bristol, Stonehenge from, but also to explore immediate surroundings. Maggie is truly a superhost, having provided everything needed, advised on local walks, shops, eateries and made us all (including the dog) feel very welcome

Booked again on behalf of a friend (checked this was okay with hosts prior to making the booking). My friend had another fabulously comfortable and peaceful stay. Communication with hosts was yet again exceptional - quick, friendly and thoughtful responses.

had a fantastic stay here over the Easter weekend. the view from the patio area is stunning and the pictures really don't do the place any justice. will definitely look at staying again and thoroughly recommend to anyone else who wants a stunning peaceful getaway

We have stayed at many locations all over the world, and this was one of the standouts. A lovely presented annexe with all that you could ever need need, with quality furnishings, a very comfy bed, ample space inside and parking right outside the annexe, waking up to the magnificant views from upstairs looking out over the fields was a real treat. Karen & Roger are just fantastic hosts, the welcome goodies where very well received especially the home made apple juice, and we very much enjoyed the apple orchard and Cider Shed tour. Roger is the most genuine host, who is willing to share his knowledge and passion on all things cider, it made for a most memorable stay in Wiltshire, we cannot reccomend Bromham Cider Farm enough. a most fantastic stay.
