Nossa casa fica perto de cafés, lojas, restaurantes, farmácia, supermercado.Fica no coração de Valldemossa, embora em uma rua muito silenciosa, com becos aconchegantes e vasos de flores. Fácil acesso a transportes públicos e estacionamento fica a 5 mins a pé.Valldemossa é uma vila perfeita para relaxar e com fácil acesso a Palma e outros lugares da ilha.(20 mins a Palma, 30 mins ao Aeroporto). Nosso lugar é para casais, aventureiros individuais, viajantes a negócios e famílias, tb com crianças.

Disponibilidad de parking para su coche o bicicletas. El apartamento está situado a 200 m del mar, zona arbolada, buenos restaurantes y próximo a las playas de Ciudad Jardín y el Peñón. Bien comunicado con Palma (15 minutos en bus) aeropuerto y con zona de ocio centro comercial (FAN), disponiendo de servicios de autobuses cada 10 minutos.

Surrounded by a garden, the house faces a large swimming pool in a quiet environment with views on the Sierra de Tramuntana. The city center of Soller is at a walking distance. The house enjoys a vast space that includes a modern kitchen entirely equipped, a dining room with a long table and a comfortable living room with a chimney. Up to 8 people can comfortably stays in the house which has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and a toilet. It is also very well equipped (A/C, heating,….).

Splendid Majorcan rustic finca of 10.000 m2 located on a hill with panoramic views to the bay of Palma. Nur für Erwachsene!! Tolles, freundliches, Appartement für zwei Personen auf unserer Finca in Llucmajor, mitten in einer wunderschönen Gartenanlage mit Pool. Zentral gelegen mit kurzen Wegen zu den schönsten Stränden von Mallorca, zu Palma und anderen Ausflugszielen. Die Busstation Llucmajor/Son Noguera ist 7 Gehminuten von uns entfernt. Von Mai bis Oktober fährt auch ein Flughafenbus. Die hier erhobene Touristensteuer ist im Preis inbegriffen.
