The Lakeview Blue House is within walking distance of Lake Cumberland, several restaurants, gas stations and a liquor store. There is a seasonally open public boat ramp directly over the hill from the home and many others including Waitsboro, Burnside Marina and Burnside Island State Park/ ramp nearby.

Has a fire pit and plenty of parking in the back. Closest public boat ramp is approximately 3.5 miles away on Ramp Road a very quick drive from the property. Roughly 15 minutes to Lee's Ford Marina and the city of Somerset.

Located on "The Rattlesnake" Hwy 192 just on the outskirts of Somerset. This inviting home offers 2 bedrooms, 1 with a queen bed, the second with a full bed. There is a 3rd room available with a futon as well. Both bathrooms are tastefully done with all of the amenities. The Curve Cottage is located on several wooded acres with a creek. Perfect for a quiet getaway or for a place to rest after a day of riding "The Rattlesnake". We are located 8 short miles from downtown Somerset.

Whether you're in the area to cruise, hike local trails, explore historic sites, or simply enjoy the lake, this space will be the ideal home base! Boat ramp is 1.5 miles.

Sometimes there is a neighbor who has a dog that barks a couple housss down, I’m sorry if it does, doesn’t happen often
