An amazing base for walking, cycling or driving to the beach & Quantock hills. The handcrafted hut has everything you need with handmade kitchen, bathroom, fabulously comfy double bed and a sofa. On the stone flagged terrace is a wood-fired jacuzzi hot tub and al fresco seating for dining with a firepit and grill. Wood supplied.

Two minutes walk from the marina with fantastic sea views, ours is a lovely home from home for individuals, couples or families, wishing to stay in the centre of this pretty coastal village. It is an unusual oak beamed maisonette on the 1st and 2nd floors of a 19th century building and not suitable for people who cannot manage steep stairs. We have 3 double bedrooms, a bathroom, a shower room, a living/dining room with sea views, an office for home working and a fully equipped modern kitchen.

There are kayaking, sailing and stand-up paddle boarding available just an 8 minute walk away along the shore of the lake. A secluded location in a designated dark sky area and ideally situated to explore Exmoor National Park.

The Cottage at Woodlands is a modern ,contemporary self catering apartment that overlooks the beautiful west Lyn Valley with the sounds of birds and the distant rushing river. The property has its own access to the Lynway which is part of the Two Moors Way and is a lovely footpath to Lynton. It has a fitted kitchen and contemporary bathroom. Otter Rise is the perfect rural retreat for extended families, a romantic escape for couples or for families with children. We are sorry but we are not able to accommodate work groups. There is a cosy log burner in the lounge, underfloor heating in all rooms, a well-equipped kitchen and utility room, a family bathroom and two very comfortable bedrooms one has a double bed and en-suite shower room, the other has two single beds which can easily convert to a king size bed.

Within Walking distance of The West Somerset Railway and a variety of pubs, restaurants and takeaways. Located on a working farm and small riding school on the edge of the village of Williton. Please note we are a working farm so there will be associated noise and smells, we are also doing some alterations to the adjoining barn which may generate some daytime noise.
