The "Guest House" is a private cabin, with separate entrance, on the property of Pine Grove Lodge, a full service B&B, with Reg. ME Master Guide on site. The house is fully stocked with all kitchen utensils, bedding, towels, coffee pot, microwave, gas grill, campfire pit and more! Bedroom 1 has a deluxe queen bed, bedroom 2 has a queen and a bunkbed. Flat screen TV in living room with basic local cable. Free WIFI on site. Front porch with comfy seating, and ramp for handicapped accessibility.

About 35 minutes to Sugarloaf where you can golf, mountain bike, hike and explore the area!

Town beach is also close by for swimming in Lake Hebron. Park your truck and ride your ATV/Snowmobile to several restaurants, gas stations, grocery stores, lakes, and mountains.

Barker Pond Farm Cabins, built in 2010, feature modern amenities including a full bath and kitchen, outfitted with towels, linens and cookware. Each cabin sleeps 4 people, with a queen sized bedroom and a 2 twin sleeping loft, accessed by a ship's ladder. A screened-in porch is the perfect place to sit and listen to our resident loons. To the south is the Pettengill Stream a resource protected area and to the north a large secluded pond. BREEZE does not have a hot tub but guests may reserve the sauna, which is close by and private. The Appleton Retreat is less than a 30 minute drive to Belfast, Rockport, Camden and Rockland, charming downeast seaside towns.
