Our family had a wonderful vacation at Jamie's Mareazul vacation home. The home was beautiful, clean. The view of the sea was spectacular and even more beautiful than the photos. The resort is accessible and high quality. The restaurants were expensive, but convenient. It is a bit of a hike to PDC, but the location allowed for a quiet, peaceful vacation away from the noise. Jamie was an excellent host. She responded to every question promptly and was extremely communicative and helpful. I cannot more highly recommend this location!

We had a wonderful family vacation in Akumal! The unit was perfect for us—traveling with our 9-year-old and 4-month-old baby, it had everything we needed. We enjoyed the pools and cooked great meals at the property. Also, the rooftop is perfect for sunset views! The hosts were incredibly friendly and responsive, and gave us a great recommendation for Beached Bikini, a nearby beach bar. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful and quiet getaway!

The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach! The provided beach chairs were a thoughtful touch, and being so close to La Buena Vida Beach Club was a huge bonus with its pool, delicious food, and refreshing drinks. CJ and his team were fantastic—responsive, helpful, and attentive. This spot offers incredible value and is ideal for anyone looking to enjoy Akumal’s charm. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at Javier's place. It is very close to Coco Beach, which we found to be the most beautiful beach in Playa Del Carmen, and close to the quieter part of 5th Avenue. But it is close enough to the center that you can walk there. The apartment had everything we needed, and Javier and Irlanda always responded quickly to all our questions. The patio on the rooftop with the view is also a lovely place to have a drink after spending the day at the beach. We would return anytime!

Todo excelente con el departamento, el único detalle es que el estacionamiento está sujeto a disponibilidad ya que si llegas tarde y se ocupan los lugares, tendrás que buscar ya sea en la calle o pagar algún otro lugar para dejar el auto

This Appartement was perfect for our family. The property is beautiful, quiet and nice. Pool was great and so close to beautiful beach. Patricia was helpful and everything was clean. Location was okay, we took a Taxi downtown town wich took us only 10 min.

This property is stunning!! If you are looking for a peaceful and private house away from the crowds this is the house for you. Beautiful sunrise and sunsets from the porch. Beach is right out the door. The pictures and descriptions accurate. The transportation service the host works with is tremendous, very responsive. We had Chef Beto cook two meals and the food was phenomenal and reasonably priced, with plenty of leftovers. Alberto was responsive to anything we needed during our stay and the dogs and cat were awesome. The property was a great fit for our family of 7. Great memories created and we are already trying to plan a trip back. Host very responsive to my many questions.

We had a fantastic stay! The Airbnb is literally right on the beach. Couldn't ask for a better location to the beach, to restaurants and to shops. Unfortunately, we were not able to use the balconies during our stay because of the strong smell of seaweed which was bulldozed into a pile right outside. Not a fault of the Airbnb, and we would certainly book again. We just lucked out and went when the Southern winds were particularly strong, which washed a ton of seaweed to shore.

El apartamento es muy lindo, estaba muy limpio, a pasos de la playa y a 2 cuadras de la 5 avenida, en la playa tienes acceso a una sombrilla y 2 reposeras, la comunicación fue excelente, también tiene un bar/ restaurant donde puedes pedir comida. El único inconveniente es que si te molesta el ruido sobre todo para dormir hay varios locales con música fuerte durante casi todo el día y hasta las 12 am algunos días. Yo recomiendo el lugar 100%

Luis a été un hôte fabuleux! Nous avons trouvé cet endroit dernière minute, ayant annulé une réservation d’un air bnb qui ne nous convenait pas. Luis a immédiatement répondu à notre proposition, et donné toutes les informations requises pour faire l’enregistrement, et ce même en heure tardive. Nous avons été ravies par l’appartement et la propeté de celui-ci. Son charme avec la petite cours extérieur a rendu le séjour doux et confortable. C’était déjà ma deuxième fois au Miranda, et je n’ai que du positif à dire ce cet endroit. On s’y sent à la maison. Le confort des lieux et son emplacement est plus que parfait. Nous y retournons avec hâte. Merci à Luis pour sa communication impeccable et très attentionnée!! Je recommande sans hésiter!

Un piso estupendo cerca de la playa y del centro de Playa del Carmen, pero en una calle cerrada que hace que la zona sea tranquila. El apartamento es muy amplio , para 5 o 6 personas, resulta cómodo, y tiene además una terraza maravillosa. Además en el ático puedes disfrutar de unas piscinas con una vistas increíbles tal y como se muestran en las fotografías

Amazing place, super clean. Great location and views from the pool. My only observation is the pool opens until 9 am and closes at 10 pm, it would have been nice to see the sunrise from the pool.

What a perfect stay! The flat had everything (and more) than we needed. Fully stocked with a comfy bed, loads of kitchen appliances, even beach chairs/umbrellas, a grill on the terrace and bikes for our use. Located near the end of Quinta Avenida, the nights are peaceful and we felt very safe in the area. Coco Reef Beach, clean, warm water, uncrowded was only an 8 min walk. Alejandra is an outstanding hostess; clear communications and checkin instructions well ahead of our arrival. We were grateful for the fruit basket as we arrived late at night and the shops were closed. She's a fountain of knowledge, pointing me to local shops away from Quinta where I could find things I sought. Her knowledge is exceeded by her warmth and care, ensuring we were comfortable until the moment of departure. Excellent restaurants nearby (El Calambrillo - great mojitos, tastiest/spiciest salsa. Que Huevos and Gran Avenida Cafe- delicious chilaquiles or Canadian/American breakfasts). Highly recommend!

Amazing, Amazing, Amazing!!!!! This place is the place in all Cozumel. I can't tell you too many details because it won't be a secret any more! It is new, over looking the ocean, snorkeling right out your front door, quiet and family friendly.

Definitely would stay here again! Our favourite beach was Playa 88, we found it to be a bit more quiet and super clean. The condo itself was simple, clean, and had everything you needed for a great stay. Rudy, Rolando and Itzel made the experience top tier. One of our favourite aspects was the use of the bikes, it made seeing all of Playa so easy. Our fave places to eat were Le’Ptit HANDS DOWN, Bajo and Crisol for nearby. Our other faves were Roma on 10th and the Thai restaurant on 38th st. The neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful and as a female I felt safe the entire time I was there. Another thing to note, being in a tropical area I thought maybe the bugs or lizards would be around and I didn’t see a single critter in the condo building which I have experienced in the past at 5star resorts so an extra 5 stars for this!! Can’t wait to come back.

My family and I stayed at Diana’s place the week after Christmas. The condo is amazing. It is well located, close to the beach and in a beautiful setting. The kitchen has everything you need. From the moment I first made contact with her she was helpful. This included a long phone call where she was willing to talk through some of our travel plans (we had never been to the area) giving us great advice about some activities to do with our two teenage sons. When we arrived at the Cancun airport there was a snafu with our rental car. It was relatively late, and I called Diana to see if she had any ideas about transportation. She immediately spent a half hour reaching out to her local contacts to try to help us with transportation. She went above and beyond to help us. This was the best Air Bnb experience we have had and would definitely stay at one of Diana’s properties in the future.

We had a lovely vacation in Playacar. Santiago made it easier responding and accommodating to any requests we had, which we really appreciated as we traveled with an infant. The apartment is part of a beautiful, private and quiet condominium, only within minutes' walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. It has all amenities you need for a perfect beach vacation

Absolutely fantastic location! After bailing on another local booking due to the amenities being a bait and switch, I found Cherri's condo on airbnb and booked the same day! Cherri got back to me in less than a half hour, and we packed our bags and headed out. The view was amazing, the local area is very walkable, and the downstairs restaurant was peaceful and served great food. The little cafe across the street is perfect for breakfast and great coffee. If you want to visit the coral reef, plan to get there right when they open! Once 10:30am rolls around the tour busses from the other resorts drop off their people and it can get pretty crowded, but its peaceful and calm first thing in the AM. The view from the condo was spectacular, the private beach was extremely relaxing, and the amenities made it feel like we were right at home. Couldn't be better!
