Villa Romance is a true hidden gem! If you're looking for a peaceful retreat away from the city, this is the perfect place. Nestled at the foot of Lyulin Mountain, the fresh air and tranquility made our stay incredibly relaxing. The villa itself is beautifully maintained, offering a cozy and comfortable atmosphere that feels like home. It had everything we needed for a perfect stay, whether for a short getaway or a longer visit. The proximity to Bankya’s Health Alley was a great bonus, and we also enjoyed exploring the nearby forest. Liubomir was warm, welcoming, and ensured we had everything we needed. If you’re looking for a serene escape while still being close to Sofia, I highly recommend Villa Romance. We would love to return!

Dit appartement heeft alles wat je nodig hebt voor een wat langer verblijf. Wij waren er 10 dagen. Het is een superfijne uitvalsbasis om Sofia en omgeving te ontdekken. We hebben ons helemaal thuis gevoeld!

Dimitar est un hôte très accueillant et sympathique, aux petits soins pour que notre séjour se passe bien. Ses parents dans la maison voisine sont aussi très sympathiques et sont là si besoin. Tous parlent anglais. La maison est grande, agréable, conforme aux photos et à la description. La climatisation est présente sur le rez de chaussée mais pas à l'étage (chambres). Cependant, malgré les fortes chaleurs, nous avons pu avoir de la fraîcheur en ouvrant les fenêtres la nuit. La maison est parfaitement équipée. Le jardin est grand et agréable avec du mobilier de jardin, une tonnelle et un grand arbre pour être à l'ombre. Il y a aussi un barbecue. A savoir tout de même: Dans 2 salles de bains sur 3, il n'y a pas de pare douche donc pas évident de ne pas tout mouillé (d'ailleurs on a pris nos douches dans la 3ème chambre). Et de temps en temps la nuit, on entend les chiens du quartier aboyer si les fenêtres sont ouvertes mais notre cerveau s'habitue ... Merci Dimitar pour tout ...

I spent 8 wonderful days and nights in Anita’s tasteful, bright and open-spaced place. The efficient heating was essential with the chilly outside temperatures. The shower was one of the best I’ve experienced. The house is situated within a short walk from an array of restaurants, cafes and shops, without another tourist in sight! Would thoroughly recommend Anita’s place.

If you are looking for a house near Sofia, in some quiet place, with a big garden, well equipped kitchen, many rooms to sleep and nice barbecue area... this house would work just perfect. The communication with George was smooth. We enjoyed our stay there very much!

Had an extremely pleasant stay at this apartment. We arrived earlier than the check-in time and Sergei was more than responsive and helpful about it. Upon arrival the host gave excellent instructions regarding entering the place. It was clean, tidy and full of all the things you might need during your stay. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again! :)

Very central location in the heart of the sofia. Walkable place to so many restaurants, thanks to Mrs.Lyudmila and her son Mr.Rado.

Удобен малък апартамент, находящ се на комуникативно място. Идеален е за двама човека. Магазин Фантастико, аптека, зеленчуков магазин са на няколко минути от апартамента. За жалост няма дребни неща като поставка за шампоани, завеса в банята, с която да не става всичко мокро. Банята има нужда от допълнително почистване, тъй като фугите бяха в ужасно състояние. Към апартамента може да се ползва паркомясто на цена от 6 лв./ден.

We had a very pleasant stay. The apartment was clean and equipped with everything needed. The host was very helpful and the communication was excellent. Highly recommend!

Sweet and cozy place. Fully equipped and wide square. Quite neighborhoods. If you tired from hotels and soulelless rooms that what you really seek. Near a center and all valuable places will on few steps. Host is very communicative and will help with any question🫶🔝

Henny has the gift to make you feel welcome and immediately at home. Communication with both her and her husband was easy and very amicable, as if we had known each other for years. Conversations flowed easily and abundantly. Their home is welcoming and comfortable. Sharing the common spaces (kitchen and downstairs livingroom facilities is perhaps not everyone's cup of tea, but posed no problem whatsoever. The villa is big enough for everyone and the upstairs bedrooms, bathroom and sitting area, which form the separate apartment, are completely private. There's a lovely garden and a most enjoyable glassed-in conservatory with comfortable seating. Above all, the villa, being situated on the flank of Mt Vitosha, affords one the cooler and fresher/cleaner mountain air - a true blessing in summer when the city is sizzling! I can wholeheartedly recommend a stay at Henny's home when visiting Sofia. You won't be disappointed and you will leave having made a new friend. See you again, Henny!

Here’s a review for you: We had an excellent stay at this property! The house is incredibly peaceful and quiet, offering a perfect retreat. It’s also large, spacious, and very comfortable, with plenty of room to relax. The property is in the final stages of a large-scale renovation, and you can tell it’s going to be absolutely stunning once completed. Even with the ongoing work, we had everything we needed for a great stay and would definitely return. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic stay at Irena's place! From our first communications, she was super helpful and also accommodated our larger family. We arrived late at night and it was no problem getting in with the key in the lockbox. Irena reached out with clear and precise directions in advance of our arrival and made sure to offer us suggestions for local activities and more. The house was BEAUTIFUL and completely as described. Clean and very comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen. The yard was a MAJOR highlight and our children loved every minute there in the beautiful pool, playing volleyball, and just enjoying the relaxing space. While the yard is shared with Irena's home, we felt like we had it all to ourselves and we really didn't want to leave! There was great outdoor seating, and Irena had thought of every last detail to make our stay comfortable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
