The house has been renovated (summer 2019) and updated with new appliances, linens, mattresses, 4K TVs & fiber optic high-speed WIFI.

A charming home in the heart of the small town of Marlinton. Greenbrier River and Trail both within walking distance. The home includes 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, front porch and back deck, living room and fully equipped kitchen (no dishwasher) , washer/dryer, and satellite tv in two rooms. No internet or WiFi. No central A/C, but window units in two bedrooms and lots of ceiling and area fans. A short drive to Snowshow, Cranberry Glades, Cass Railroad, Greenbank Observatory and more.
