*BREAKFAST INCLUDED* Stay in a cozy log cabin located in an historic town. Ms. Ada’s House was completely restored in 2023. Built in the early 1830’s, you’ll feel like you’re stepping back in time while enjoying its modern amenities. The Cottage @ MRF Inn

Missouri River Farmers Inn (MRF Inn) was purchased by the current owner in Nov. 2020. Previously run as the Down Over Bed and Breakfast, The MRF Inn will feature contact free stays and check-in. The Inn has undergone a big remodel, you will find everything fresh and updated. Complete with an onsite gym, small kitchenette area equipped with a microwave, small refrigerator, toaster, dishes, serving ware and Keurig. The Cottage at MRF Inn sit adjacent to the Inn.

MO Valley College Families are welcome, perfect place to stay during games.

Front loft has 1 bedroom, full kitchen, walk-in shower, walk-in closet, living room with full sized murphy bed, large dining table, breakfast bar and a magnificent view of the Marshall Courthouse. This 1882 building has seen a complete renovation. The loft is on the second floor and is only accessible by stairs. The lofts are above one of Marshall's oldest retail spaces that now houses Courthouse Salon.
