Just five minutes walk to the beach (dog friendly )and to the Sea Front and main promenade. The property is located in the quieter North part of the town, however it's only a 10 minute walk to the town centre. From the kitchen are double french doors onto the deck. This semi rural, self contained, self catering holiday cottage is an ideal base for a UK short break on the East Lincolnshire Coast, just 15 minutes drive from Skegness, 25 mins from The beautiful Wolds and 1 hr from city of Lincoln. We take AirBnb and Private bookings only. A lot of our guests return year after year. Minimum stay is 3 nights. Property adjacent is currently being renovated but we anticipate very little impact on your stay.
