Property exceeded my expectations. Even better in person than the pics. The location was ideal and perfect for the 6 of us. We were so comfortable in the condo. Very spacious, well appointed and super walkable. Enzo was a gem. Very responsive and super proactive with recommendations. Can not say enough about how much we enjoyed this rental. Will definitely return.

Absolutely beautiful stay! The apartment had stunning views, and everything was just as pictured. We did run into a small issue with the drain, but as soon as we informed the host, they were quick to respond and resolve it, which we really appreciated. Other than that, everything was perfect. The location is fantastic—close to great places, super convenient if you want to stay on the Dutch side, and not too far from the French side either. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting!

As SXM is my second home and being familiar with the island, Linda’s place thus far is the best we’ve stayed in on the island. Extremely comfortable and a great location with parking. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it to everyone.

We had a great time staying at her place at the Sapphire. The people that work there are very friendly people and the people that stay at this resort very friendly. Most of them come back every year. The restaurant and pool bar were great !! There were a lot of activities every day made a few friends which made it fun and the pool is very peaceful, beautiful location and walking distance to everything. We did have a car so we did travel around the island. We’ve been going there for 34 years and love it. We definitely will stay there again. Her place is very clean and well kept. The staff was great ,can’t wait to go back . This island is our second home. Thank you.

Alex’s place was the perfect place to stay for our trip. It was roomy, comfortable and the washer and dryer was a huge help! It is walkable to so many great restaurants. We went to The Palms multiple times. Greg, the chef and owner, was fantastic! The beach was practically ours. There was maybe 1 or 2 other groups there whenever we went. The view from the patio was unbeatable! We spent so many of our breakfasts and lunches out there enjoying it! Alex was a great host and checked in every few days to see if we needed anything. We’ve never had such an attentive host before and it was nice to know he cared so much about our experience at his place and on the island.

Notre séjour chez Isabelle était parfait! Le logement est magnifique avec une vue exceptionnelle! La résidence est un bijou qui propose des services à la hauteur d'un hôtel de luxe! Isabelle a été une hôte parfaite! très sympathique, réactive et avec de bons conseils. Je recommande à 1000% ce logement!

The home is beautiful, great lighting, strong wifi. Great location and even better host. Just a few steps to the beach or shopping or restaurants. Will definitely stay here again!

Our stay was a positive experience. Starting with the exceptional communication and responsiveness of the host. From booking to check-out, he was readily available to answer questions and provide clear instructions. The property itself lived up to the online photos, showcasing a modern and clean design and is located right on Cole Bay, offering lovely sunsets over the marina. We appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and the overall comfort of the space. The added benefits of a secure complex, including a communal pool and a well-equipped gym, enhanced our stay. Supermarket shopping is within walking distance. Things to note: While close to Port de Plaisance Marina, direct pedestrian access isn't possible, requiring a walk to the main road and entry from there. Instead, we borrowed a dinghy for the short paddle to the marina.

Mia Beach Villa was a fantastic place to retreat and unwind for 8 days. The house was bigger and more spacious than the pictures conveyed. The three bedrooms are huge and spread out, and the kitchen/dining area has soaring ceilings that make it feel very open, even though the only windows are in the front and back. The real star is the long terrace and the steps down to the beach; that's why we booked this - we want to be right on the water. The beach itself is beautiful and quiet, but, it is worth noting, not very walkable or swimmable. That was a mild disappointment. One thing worth noting - while the area of Pelican Key is very developed, the road in and out is atrocious. Get a SUV or something with higher clearance or you'll stress your car bottoming out multiple times on each trip in or out. You can walk to the restaurants at the Simpson Bay Resort. Finally - though we needed little during our stay, Alexandra and Muriel were proactive, responsive and helpful at all times.

Le logement a répondu à nos attentes pour un séjour à 3 personnes pour 3 nuits. La vue est magnifique (Par chance, nous avons pu voir une baleine au loin, remonter vers la gauche entre St Barth et St Martin !). Le logement est grand, propre et la douche très agréable. La literie était bonne et le linge de toilette très bien (serviettes de bain + serviettes de plages). La cuisine pourrait être un peu plus fournie. L'accès est oppressant (très raide et non bétonné par endroits) , comme décrit dans l'annonce, mais la voiture passe malgré tout. Nous sommes arrivés plus tôt que prévu, sans avoir pu prévenir Mélissa (absence de réseau mobile ni de GPS). Heureusement Mélissa avait envoyé les directives d'accès par anticipation ce qui fut très utile. N'ayant pas pu être prévenue de notre arrivée, Mélissa n'avait pas écarté les gros chiens impressionnants mais inoffensifs. Nous ne les avons plus revus tout au long de notre séjour. Melissa /Travis sont réactifs, serviables et accueillants.

Villa Coralita is better than the photos! The bedrooms are all separate almost cottages from the main living space making this great for families with older children or couples. This might not be ideal for families with younger children as all the bedrooms open to the outside and are not connected to the main living space. The upper and lower decks have amazing views. We knew this going into it but be sure to bring bug spray! The mosquitos are wild in December but this is to be expected. One thing to note is Oyster Pond is not completely rebuilt from the hurricane and it seems like the photos of the view may be from pre hurricane. That being said, Mama Pizza and Oasis are both walking distance from the villa and were amazing. We dined at Oasis, went back for New Year’s Eve and left friends with the owners. Overall, amazing and highly recommend!

My best friend and I enjoyed the house. It was the perfect home base for our island adventures peaceful, private, and just as described. The views were beautiful, and we loved having our morning coffee outside while listening to the water. The location made it easy to get around the island, and everything felt safe and convenient. The house was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed, from a well-equipped kitchen to comfortable beds. The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed before and during our stay. We had such a great time and would absolutely stay here again the next time we visit St. Maarten. Can’t wait to return!

Our stay at this villa was nothing short of amazing! The view was absolutely breathtaking—truly speechless. Every morning, we woke up to the most stunning scenery, making it the perfect escape. The villa itself was a solid 5/5—beautiful, well-maintained, and incredibly comfortable and luxurious. A special shoutout to Danielle, the concierge, who went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. She was so kind, helpful, and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. The only small downsides were that the Wi-Fi wasn’t very strong, and there was some construction on the beach in front of the villa in the mornings, which woke us up. But honestly, everything else was so incredible that it didn’t take away from the experience. We absolutely loved our stay and would recommend this villa to anyone looking for a breathtaking and unforgettable getaway

This place is extraordinary. It’s even better when you see it in person. He has everything that you need as far an equipment for the kitchen. Very nice place would stay there again. The pool is really nice, just hard to enjoy if someone who is 5’2. Great for tall people tho.

This place was amazing but it was a bit off the beaten track. Luckily we found a great driver who found the place before picking us up at the airport. The villa is as advertised and Vanetta the house manager was also great.

What a wonderful stay! A slice of affordable paradise with your own beach to enjoy. Super spacious villa, with comfortable bedding accommodations for our group. Walking distance to some of the best local beaches, restaurants and nightlife available. Eli and the main office staff are top notch crew, always quick to help with absolutely any inquiry. From a seasoned Airbnb guest, we highly recommended to any future guests! Cant wait until our next visit

Mostly a repeat of all the other reviews. The place was fantastic: clean, comfortable, peaceful, private, and exactly what we were looking for. The water is ~15 feet from the patio wall. The concierge was very responsive We rented a car but only used it to explore the island. If you're not looking to explore the island, you don't need a car as groceries, beach bars, water rental equipment (kayaks, jet skis, paddleboats, etc...) and tons restaurants on and off the water are all within walking distance. Highly recommend taking advantage of the grocery delivery service. It was so nice walking into an already stocked condo. We had so many great experiences that its hard to pick a favorite but the Sunset Bar and Grill watching the planes land/take off was worth it - ask for Gina. When we go back we will absolutely look to stay here again. Book this place, you won't regret it.

Rainbow beach club is a hidden gem. We rented a car while on the island and drove all over sightseeing and checking out other locations and I have to say this is definitely one of the best locations on the island. Some of the other locations are right on the cliff to the beautiful blue water, but they do not have their own private beach, this place also has three pools that were never crowded. It is walking distance to fabulous restaurants in Jordan Village as well as Maho beach. And a 20 minute drive to many other fun activities on the island. Konstantyne was incredibly responsive and gave us a great list of local places to check out all of which were amazing. I cannot wait to come back and share this place with some of our friends. I was so sad to leave. The complex is clean. People were continuously taking care of the vegetation and the pools. Everyone was incredibly friendly, and I can’t say enough about the caliber of the food on the island. The place is very safe!

Great location and the view from the balcony is awesome. Easily walkable to beach and restaurants. Great for watching the planes take off and land.

Thierry was a very gracious host and checked in on us to ensure that everything was as expected. The apartment was great…very spacious and extremely well appointed. I am happy we found it and I highly recommend!!!

We had a wonderful stay and can’t wait to come back next year! Sylvia greeted us at check in. She is wonderful and made our stay very comfortable. The unit is lovely and well kept. We love the location! Steps from the beach and D’s restaurant. Short trip to amazing beaches and restaurants. There is a water filter on the tap so you don’t have to buy bottled water. Nice touch!

Anchise’s place was one of the great accommodation we have ever had! Everything was described. It was more we were expected. Also, it is very close to airport and beautiful beaches near by. There are lots of restaurants and shops. We didn’t need car at that time because easy to catch bus and taxi in front of the road. Room was well equipped and comfortable everything. Anchise is very reliable parson. He alway did quick response when we had questions and concerns. Definitely we will come back here when we visit beautiful Sint Maarten! Thanks Anchise.

Would highly recommend staying in the suite. We were super impressed by how clean the unit was. You’re a balcony faces mullet Beach and it was a delight to wake up to that view every day. You’re three minute drive from Maho strip. And the host was super welcoming and so responsive. we will definitely be back. 5 stars

Lovely apartment is located conveniently near the beach and near some grocery shops for food. The apartment was as described and clean. All bedrooms were large and well decorated. The kitchen had all the amenities to have several meals comfortably. Parking is convenient in the front and staff is friendly and available.
