Our tiny house is located next to Blk 77 Ayer Rajah Crescent. Designed by award winning LAUD Architects, this unique Corten shipping container embraces the nuances of an industrial setting. Important Notice: The container is near a food park with loud live music until midnight, which may be heard from the room. It comes with 2 beds - a king in the master bedroom and a queen Murphy in the living room. Both rooms are NOT directly connected; access to the master is from outside the container.

There are a lot of amenities in the building including an infinity pool, steam room, sauna etc. Inside the studio, you will have a private jacuzzi bathtub and seaview! What are you waiting for? Come and have a dream stay here! *We have multiple Bedrooms located inside Paragon Suites next to JB/Sg CIQ. By default you get a studio with Jacuzzi Bathtub. You might also be allocated to other apartments.
