Exceptional, cosy, light and very large house. Lovely living-room, huge kitchen with everything a chef needs. Large walled- city garden and 4 large bedrooms. Ideally located in "West-Brabant", 45 min from the beaches of Zeeland, 30 min from Rotterdam and Antwerp and 20 min from Breda. Deze uit 1916 stammende monumentale villa wordt ook wel “het Pipi Langkous huis” genoemd. De villa is centraal gelegen tussen Rotterdam en Den Haag. De RandstadRail ligt op 2 minuten loopafstand. De villa beschikt over een zeer grote parkachtige tuin met diverse terrassen en een groot grasveld. Er zijn twee grote tweepersoonsslaapkamers en een babykamer met balkon.
