Cosy old cottage, close to Huntly train station

A quiet, end-terrace cottage in Huntly, off the main streets but in easy walking distance to the train station and town centre. The cosy living room is fitted with an efficient log burning stove, and you will find a basket of wood on your arrival. The kitchen is located at the back of the building with access to a small, enclosed garden perfect for a slow breakfast in the sun or an evening drink on the lawn. Highland Home

Munro Cottage is a traditional Victorian cottage. Although extensively modernised it retains much of its traditional character. Heating is provided by storage heaters in living room, hallway and bathroom and electric panel heaters in bedrooms. All electric heating is included in the price. There is an open coal fire for which a starter pack is provided. There is double glazing throughout. WiFi is provided . There is a 32" TV and DVD in the living room and a second TV in the double bedroom.

Foulis Castle Gate Lodge

Foulis Gate Lodge is a Highland cottage on the Gates of an historic, private, Highland estate with its own drive. The secluded location offers direct access to extensive gardens. The nearest amenities are 2miles in Evanton or 5miles to the ancient Burgh of Dingwall. Foulis Castle is a 15 min walk away from the Storehouse Restaurant & Farm shop, which is situated on the shore/beach of the Cromarty Firth (Mon-Sat 9-5pm). My place is good for NC500 travellers, couples, and business travellers.

This detached cottage is all on one level, has a secluded garden with Sitootery, BBQ, Patio Set & Chiminea. The property has gas central heating/log burner/SmartTV Netflix/wifi.   Sleeps 6 guests ( up to 5 adults or 4 adults and 2 children) in 3 bedrooms ( King has Smart TV, Netflix & en suite) NB : while the 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds these are “Trundle” style

A detached cottage situated on a corner plot of Lochan Mor development with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and an ensuite. Secure garden to the rear. A local supermarket, takeaway's and bike hire are only a short walk from the cottage. The main street with many bars and restaurants is within walking distance. A path next to the house leads onto the Aviemore Orbital and the Speyside Way which are great walking and cycling trails.

Drumguish Cottage

Spring has arrived as have the long nights. Sunset tonight 7th April is 20.15 and in mid June it will be 22.30 so you can still play golf long into the evening. The long daylight hours in June make the cottage the prefect place for exploring this wonderful region, whether on foot, bike or car. However now there is still good skiing and snowboarding to be had on Cairngorm Mountain.
