You will hear more horses than cars on the distant mossy lane. There's 5km of stream, ponds, waterfalls & bridges, birds from Raptors to Wrens. 1/2 mile of walks, views across the valley, a huge variety of gardens and Tin Mining Archaeology. Your hosts live out of sight down the valley.

The Barn is a beautiful 2 bed accommodation with upside down living in a quiet rural village with exceptional views over the valley. There are many walks to enjoy in the surrounding countryside, then to relax & finish the day off on the balcony watching the sun go down. It is a 5 minute walk to The Cridford Inn, 8 miles to Exeter, 10 miles from the stunning South Devon Coast and 3 miles from Dartmoor National Park.

The Upper School House

The property is part of a Victorian School House recently converted to a luxury 2 double bedroom apartment in the heart of Ashburton. Sleeps max 4 people. One Super king converts to a twin room on request. It has a loft style feel with its vaulted ceilings. 2 ensuite high spec bathrooms with Heat Recovery Ventilation. Ideal base for short winter/summer weekend breaks or holidays with beach 20 min away or Dartmoor 5 mins. Pubs, eateries, shops and wine bar a hopping distance away.

The Wheelhouse is set on Quinn Tor and has been lovingly converted into a unique and beautiful barn with tranquil, comfortable and modern interiors.
