Seville: aluguel por temporada para famílias com crianças

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! La maison est agréable et très propre. Nous aurons beaucoup aimé profiter de la piscine mais il ne faisait pas assez chaud ! Ce sera pour une autre fois ! Très bien situé pour parcourir l’Andalousie !

Wir waren sehr begeistert von diesem schönen Haus in der Nähe von Sevilla. Es war alles vorhanden, was man für einen unbeschwerten Urlaub benötigt. Es war alles blitzesauber und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Der Check-In lief ganz einfach über einen Code, den wir im Vorfeld erhalten haben und alle Fragen wurden umgehend beantwortet. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Umgebung ca. 11 km von Sevilla entfernt. Mit dem Auto ist die Stadt problemlos zu erreichen. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel haben wir nicht benutzt. In der Gegend gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants die man mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten erreichen kann, ebenfalls sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Es war leider zu kalt aber der vorhandene Pool lädt im Sommer zum verweilen ein und der Sitzbereich auf dem Dach ist einfach ein Traum. Diesen konnten wir ausgiebig nutzen und haben es geliebt. Es war ein rundum gelungener Urlaub und wir bedanken uns recht herzlich, dass wir dieses Haus mieten konnten.

Fantástica estancia en Córdoba, ubicados en el corazón de la ciudad a un paso de perderse por las empedradas calles y riqueza cultural de la ciudad. José María y Álvaro nos han recibido y atendido con mucha amabilidad y buen trato. La casa cuenta con mucha historia y también con comodidad. Mantiene la esencia de su historia, su reforma te lleva a la cultura cordobesa del patio y de la vida sencilla y cómoda. Sin duda una experiencia que enriquece el slowlife cordobés a pie del centro y su mezquita. Recomiendo su estancia en la casa.

Un angolo di paradiso ad una trentina di minuti di auto da Siviglia. Silenzio assoluto, si sente solo il suono delle foglie al vento intervallato dal canto degli uccelli. Splendida piscina a jacuzzi per rilassarsi in mezzo al verde. Colazioni e cene indimenticabili con vista sulla vallata. Bellissima la cucina con isola, fornita di tutto il necessario. Iper gentile la host, risponde sempre positivamente in pochi secondi (non è un'iperbole)

Great location to visit Sevilla! Quiet neighborhood, easy to park your car, supermarkets within short distance. The house has a well supplied kitchen and comfortable beds

Stayed with two families and it was perfect. This home is huge! The amenities were fantastic and it was super quiet. We went to Seville every day. Driving is easy, but the metro worked great. Drive to the Metromar for free parking (closes 11p or midnight, depending on the day) and then take the metro.

Fantastic home and location! A big thank you to the host for coming promptly to let us back in after we mistakenly left the keys inside. Do not hesitate to book this house.

Tuve la suerte de alquilar este apartamento y quedé encantado. La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de todo lo necesario, pero en una zona tranquila. La decoración es impecable, con mucho estilo y todos los detalles cuidados al máximo. ¡Realmente se nota el buen gusto! Además, Isabel fue una anfitriona excepcional. Su amabilidad y calidez hicieron que mi estancia fuera aún más especial. Siempre estuvo atenta, dispuesta a ayudar y con una sonrisa. ¡Su trato hace que uno se sienta como en casa! L’alloggio è comodo, molto pulito e fornitissimo sia in cucina che in bagno. Ottima la posizione: il centro si può raggiungere a piedi in circa 30 minuti (il quartiere offre comunque molto) ma praticamente davanti all’appartamento ci sono le fermate di diversi autobus, con cui raggiungere centro, stazione e aeroporto. Pablo è stato un ospite molto accogliente: ci ha lasciato orari flessibili per check-in e out; inoltre, ci ha dato consigli davvero preziosi per vivere Siviglia. Lo consiglio vivamente!!

Me and my boyfriend went to Seville for our anniversary and we had an amazing time at Pablos place! It was close to everything we were looking for - restaurants, sightseeing, supermarkets and pharmacies, it was near the centre of the city. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was nice and the kitchen area was spacious and cozy. We really liked the apartment!

Excellent séjour, Hôte très sympa et logement super chouette. A proximité du centre, de la rue Betis (excellents restaurants) et très sympa le soir. Nous avons très apprécié le service de bagagerie au logement à notre arrivée. Nous recommandons le logement de José Pedro +++.

La ubicación del piso está muy bien, cerca del casco antiguo y a 30 minutos caminando de la Catedral. Cerca hay paradas de autobús y supermercados a 5 minutos a pie. El piso estaba equipado y era funcional. Estaba limpio y ordenado. Tener un parking a nuestra disposición es un añadido muy positivo. En resumen, un piso totalmente recomendable.

The location of the apartment is exceptional; we remarked several times how convenient it was to all the sites, without feeling too touristy. It was also perfect for a family with young children. It's a 90 second walk away from a plaza with a great playground and delicious restaurants all around it. And they had a huge selection of toys and books for all ages and languages in the apartment. The communication was prompt, helpful, and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay.

El apartamento coincide totalmente con las fotos, muy limpio y ordenado. La cama muy cómoda y las almohadas también. La comunicación con Salud fue excelente estando pendiente en todo momento. La ubicación está bien pudiendo llegar al centro andando en apenas 20 minutos. Recomendado para todos.

Nous avons passé une semaine au top dans l’appartement de Maria. Celui-ci est conforme aux photos et est vraiment complet, on s’y sent comme à la maison. La literie est de qualité et la décoration est soignée. La situation est idéale, à 10min des endroits remarquables. Avec nos deux filles de 8 et 6 ans nous avons fait les 4 coins de la ville. Maria prend soin de ses hôtes du début à la fin, donne toutes les indications nécessaires pour passer un bon voyage dans Séville et prête à rendre service à n’importe quel moment. Vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés ! Merci Maria

El alojamiento es tal cual lo describe la anfitriona han sido unos días increíbles y he estado como en casa, además permite mascotas así que he podido disfrutar de mi perrita , ya que tiene zonas verdes a las cuales he accedido con ella y parques muy cercas. El pisito es acogedor tiene todo lo necesario para la estancia . Sin duda recomendable. Además pudimos disponer del jacuzzi de la zona privada y genial. Mariló encantadora y pendiente siempre a cualquier duda que me surgía.

We visited Seville in Semana Santa, a week full of emotions and beauty. Although seville was busy during the week, our stay offered a safe and quiet place to get to after a busy day. Its spot on in the centre of seville and totally worth going to. Barbara is a really great host, super responsive and helpful always ready to ehlp in whatever way she can. stayed here with two small children and it was great. It was very close and walkable to main tourist spots, but also quiet enough for children to sleep. Jose was very responsive and everything was perfect!

Our stay here was wonderful - it is a great location to be able to explore the city, while also being in a smaller neighborhood. Teresa provided recommendations of the area, and was responsive whenever we needed something or had a question.

Carmen’s Airbnb was centrally located in an extremely walkable area with so many restaurants and things to do within walking distance. The apartment is comfortable, extremely clean and has everything one may need. Highly recommend this apartment for your stay in Seville.

We had a wonderful stay in beautiful Sevilla! The flat was a great layout for my sister-in-law and my daughter and me. The apartment was well-stocked and we enjoyed many meals on the terrace (the star of the show!). The bells from the church are charming, but can be quite startling if you’re relaxing on the terrace and not expecting them (we eventually knew to prepare for them, including the calls to evening mass: 60+1 at 7:30, 60+2 at 7:45, and 60+3 at 8:00). It was worth it for that beautiful view! The location was great. We walked everywhere including the Triana and Feria Markets and all around the Alameda and Las Setas areas. It’s feels like a more local neighborhood with tapas bars (which is what we wanted) instead of the areas that cater to tourists. It’s a lovely place and we highly recommend it!
