Seville: aluguel por temporada de apartamento (condo)

La estancia en la casa de Rakie y Joe fue espectacular! Siempre estuvieron muy pendientes de nuestra llegada y de cualquier aclaración que necesitaramos, aunque no fue necesaria debido a la claridad y precisión de toda la información que recibimos. Las instrucciones de llegadas fueron claras y detalladas, nos enviaron una lista de muy buenas recomendaciones de restaurantes y zonas de interés cercanas que facilitaron todo. El apto es muy espacioso, perfecto para los cuatro que viajamos. Estaba limpio,camas cómodas, WiFi, agua caliente, utensilios prácticos, televisión, nos sentimos como en casa! Recomendado para que puedas disfrutar Sevilla sin preocupaciones!

Apartamento excelente, numa ótima localização. Acessível a todos os pontos de Sevilha. Tive a oportunidade de desfrutar da maravilhosa feira de Sevilha. A Marina está sempre contactavel e disponível para qualquer ajuda. Recomendo sem dúvida nenhuma.

I thoroughly enjoyed staying at the apartment. It is in a great location within easy walking distance of all of the main attractions. Locally there are lots of great restaurants and bars and the square is lovely to sit out in in the sunshine. The apartment had everything I needed and was also secure which felt comforting. I would definitely stay there again.

Great stay at the flat- well located, next to Alfalfa place which is maybe less touristy, great restaurants and great playground for kids 😉 really enjoyed the flexibility and availability of the host- much appreaciated!

We visited Sevilla for Semana Santa and our trip was made even more special with this AirBnB. I would recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the city, and would absolutely book again. The apartment is beautiful, well appointed, and comes with a wonderful guidebook from the hosts. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful with great restaurants nearby, and a short walk to Centro. This Airbnb is a 10/10 and would be the perfect fit for anyone looking for an easy and relaxing place to stay in Sevilla!

Juan José's apartment was absolutely perfect for our family visit to Cordoba. It is very modern, perfectly clean, comfortable and quiet. If you would prefer to skip the restaurant scene, the kitchen is well equipped to make family meals. There was plenty of coffee, tea, milk, butter and the refrigerator was stocked with some cold cuts, cheese, fresh bread, water, sodas and even a few beers to enjoy after our long drive. Juan José met us on the street upon our arrival and gave us a thorough rundown of his apartment. He made sure we had all the information and maps available for the current Cordoba Patio festival, the Mosque of Cordoba, many other attractions and recommended local restaurants. There are plenty of parking options available. The apartment is located within a 3 minute walk to the Roman bridge. Juan José is a very kind hearted host and his wonderful apartment is definitely in a perfect perfect place. My family and I all highly recommend!

Spacious and well equipped in a great location. Feels very quiet for how central it is. Lovely balcony with sun almost all day. If you have a car we used parking Jose Laguillo. 5-10 min walk but 18euros/24h. The car park under the apartment is 27 euros/24h.

The apartment is impeccably clean and spacious. It’s conveniently located, just a short walk to the city centre, making it super convenient for getting around the main attractions. The host was very responsive to any questions I had. Our communications have been easy and effective. The bed, the pillow and blanket are incredibly comfy, ensuring I had restful nights. The area is very quiet, which provided a peaceful retreat after a busy day of exploring. This place is a great value for what you get. The amenities and overall experience far exceeded my expectations. Overall, I highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a clean, accessible, and comfortable stay. I would definitely return!

El alojamiento es tal cual lo describe la anfitriona han sido unos días increíbles y he estado como en casa, además permite mascotas así que he podido disfrutar de mi perrita , ya que tiene zonas verdes a las cuales he accedido con ella y parques muy cercas. El pisito es acogedor tiene todo lo necesario para la estancia . Sin duda recomendable. Además pudimos disponer del jacuzzi de la zona privada y genial. Mariló encantadora y pendiente siempre a cualquier duda que me surgía.

Nous avons été accueillis par Santiago qui était très sympatique, il nous a tout expliqué. L'appartement est extrêmement bien situé (a 2 min de la Mezquita), très calme et très confortable. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir!

Logement très calme et spacieux, conforme à l'annonce. Très lumineux et sans vis-à-vis. Il est dans le centre ville de Séville, près d'une gare de bus urbains, ce qui était important pour nous. Rue calme, avec des supermarchés et des bars sympas. Le seul point négatif est que le frigo faisait beaucoup de bruit. Si l'on dort dans le salon, c'est gênant. On ne l'entend pas depuis la chambre.

Good location, nice place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay. It would have been a great value as well but it was during Semana Santa so price went up from the normal rate.

Francisco was a fantastic host - he provided excellent recommendations on local attractions and when there was the big power outage he immediately checked up on us. The apartment was very well located and walking distance to the catedral, real Alcázar and all the attractions. It is a clean, tidy and good apartment for our group. We recommend this apartment to other people. We loved it and we loved Seville

Really loved this apartment. Auxi met and greeted us. She was so sweet and amazing. Gave us local recommendations. The apartment was in the perfect location. I've traveled many times to Sevilla and always make it a point to stay near same area. Lots of restaurants, grocery stores and bars nearby. But in a quiet street so you can get some rest. I was there for holy week and it was great coming to apartment for some piece and quiet. I would definitely come back again

The apartment was spacious (much bigger than we expected), well located and very quiet and peaceful - even during Santa Semana it was really quiet at night. The hosts are fantastic, sending excellent restaurant recommendations and making reservations and transfer bookings - and the rooftop pool was a perfect place to relax!

Notre séjour était vraiment top ! le airbnb est spacieux, complet et rempli de gentilles attentions. une grande cuisine, un grand séjour, il y a un ressenti de comme à la maison. La cours extérieure est un vrai plus ! Le mercadona est juste derrière pour les courses c’est parfait. de l’autre côté de la route de l’essence, et surtout à 10 min en voiture de Séville. de quoi profiter de la ville en journée et se reposer au calme le soir. Merci encore !

Appartement spacieux, propre et confortable. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour pour visiter Séville. Il y a une place de parking attitrée au sous-sol. Le métro est à 2 min en voiture, parking du mercadona gratuit juste à côté du métro et 10 min ensuite pour se rendre en plein centre-ville. Que demander de mieux ? Merci beaucoup à José Carlos pour son accueil chaleureux et tous ses conseils. Je recommande vivement !!!

A great location from which to explore Seville. The flat was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The rooftop area with the pool was a beautiful space to relax and appreciate the view of the city. Eva was extremely helpful, offering advice about local place to eat and visit, and even organising our return taxi to the airport.

Hemos estado muy agusto toda la familia, la casa limpia y grande con el aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones perfecto, con las cosas básicas para entrar a vivir , las piscinas muy bien con la zona verde alrededor, la zona es tranquila perfecta para descansar pero hay restaurantes y tiendas cerca, la anfitriona nos ayudó en todo, muchas gracias por todo

If you have a car, its easy to stay at Sue’s place, the parking right opposite the lift and go straight to the apartment. And if you are cat lover, her cats super friendly. We love our stay. Highly recommended.

Nuestra estancia fue maravillosa. Tengo que comenzar hablando de la extraordinaria amabilidad y disponibilidad de Sergio en todo momento, desde antes de llegar fue muy detallista en organizarnos una cálida llegada, sus recomendaciones fueron muy acertadas. La ubicación muy acertada, zona tranquila y fresca, a menos de 20 minutos del centro de Sevilla. La pequeña casita, muy acogedora, limpia, y organizada. Muchísimos detalles que nos hicieron sentir de lujo, tenía todo lo necesario para sentirnos cómodos y a gusto. Nos sentimos parte de su familia con los casuales encuentros y conversaciones acerca de sitios de interés. Sin duda a todo más de 10.
