Golf course, swimming pool and activity/adventure park available in the area. Also a good base for day trips such as Kjerag and Lysefjorden (Pulpit Rock). Only 1,5 hrs drive from Stavanger.

Våkn opp til beveren som svømmer forbi, utforsk fuglelivet, fisk din egen middag og nyt stillheten. Hytta leies ut med enkel båt og kano. Det medfølger fiskerett. Privat vei helt frem til døren.«Off grid» med solcelleanlegg, god wifi. Vann må bringes inn. Vann til mat og drikke må tas med. Gass til koketopp og grill. brennetoalett og dusj utendørs med oppvarmet vann.

Cosy cabin with a fantastic location and its own shoreline by Lake Totak. The cottage has 2 bedrooms, a spacious living room with a corner sofa (can also be used as a sofa bed if needed), a cosy fireplace, a large dining table, a loft, a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower and washing machine. Large terrace with a dining table and a view of the lake and the mountains. We have our own marina, boat ramp and a boat, 2 kayaks and 2 SUPs that can be rented. 15 min to the ski centre.

Inkludert: Sengetøy, håndklær, elektrisitet, ved til fyring og utvask. Nyrenovert sokkelleilighet i et hus på en gård. Vi bor i ett av husa og leier i tillegg ut ei hytte og leiligheten i overetasjen på AIRBNB. («Rofshus2» og «Lita hytte i solfylt gårdstun») Uteplass med bord, stoler og grill. Flott utsikt over Totak og fjellene. 5 min å kjøre til sentrum med butikker og oppkjørte langrennsløyper. 10 min til skisentre. God WIFI. Flotte turmuligheter sommerstid. Lader for elbil 5 min unna.

Koselig hytte like ved elv.

Meget koselig hytte på idyllisk sted. Her kan man nyte utsikt til elva og fantastisk natur. Den har også ballbinge og Setesdalsbanen i nærheten. Hytta ligger bare 10 min fra R9. 20 min fra Vennesla. 30 min fra Kristiansand og 45 min fra Kristiansand dyrepark. 100m fra sykkelrute 3. Meget raskt internett. Utestue med ildsted kan lånes ved forespørsel. Badeplass i elva 50 m fra hytta . Mange turstier. Robåt kan lånes fra ca april til ca november. Mye småfisk i elva. Trenger ikke fiskekort.

Cottage, boat, spa, private dock, Lillesand

Cottage with all equipment, spa, trampoline, 3 kayaks and a 13 foot boat with 15hp at the private dock. Kitchen and place to eat at the dock. Beautiful calm fjord, lots of fish and crabs, short boat trip to the outer islands to feel the ocean. Nice boat trips behind the islands. Climbing connection. zipline., tubing and waterski. Bigger more stable Yamarin 15 foot with 100hp 4stroke Yamaha can be rented for 1000kr a night or a Musling 14 with 60hp yamaha 4stroke for 800kr a night.

Lauvtjønnhytta

Slapp av sammen med hele familien på dette fredelige bostedet. Vei helt frem. Hytta med anneks ligger alene i skogen ved ett lite vann. Stor terrasse. Her er det helt stille og kun naturens lyder du hører. Fine tur og sykkel muligheter rett utenfor døren. Badeplassen er 10m fra hytteveggen. Annekset har 2 senger og vedovn og utsikt rett ut på vannet og naturen rundt. Hytten er ett gammelt restaurert skogshusvær med atmosfære. Her er det bare å åpne dørene så kommer naturen inn i stuen.

Leilighet ved sjøen. Terrasse, hage og brygge.

Koselig leilighet i Rasvåg på Hidra, som ligger helt i strandkanten og har brygge med bade- og fiskemuligheter like utenfor døren. Med sørlandsidyll og flott natur på alle kanter, er det et perfekt sted for avslapping og utflukter. Innegjerdet hage mot sjø og vei, så små barn kan leke fritt. Hidra har mye å by på av severdigheter, fiske og naturopplevelser, men er også utgangspunkt for turer til Brufjell, Flekkefjord by, Kjeragbolten, Prekestolen og mange andre spennende steder.
