We spent almost a month at Ana's house in Cervaro this spring & we really enjoyed our stay! The house immediately makes you feel at home because of the decorations. Inside the house is everything you need, the kitchen has all cooking stuff + paella pans + orange juicer and lovely tableware. The garden is larger than the pictures make it seem, with multiple levels. We spent most of our daytime outside on the lounge sofa & on the sun deck! The surroundings are beautiful: mountain views at all sides, ideal for hiking & cycling. Cervaro centro is 10min walking and has some nice bars that are open day and evening, Cassino is 15min by car and has everything else. Communication with Ana was easy and we were happy with the local recommendations for food & visits. We would highly recommend staying at Ana's house to relax and enjoy Lazio's beautiful nature 💚

Vi hadde noen veldig fine dager hos Christian. Han vet ikke hva godt han kan gjøre for at vi som gjester skal ha det bra, og kommer med gode forslag til restauranter og ting å både se og gjøre. Svarer også umiddelbart på meldinger. Stranden var i gangavstand, og for en strand, helt fantastisk! Leiligheten er også veldig fin, moderne og godt utstyrt og med fine, private uteplasser. Leiligheten ligger et stykke utenfor sentrum, så det kan være greit å ha bil.

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana meravigliosa ad agosto in questa splendida casa, e non potremmo essere più soddisfatti. Eravamo due adulti con due bambine piccole di due e sei anni, e la casa si è rivelata perfetta per le nostre esigenze. Dotata di tutti i servizi necessari, è stata un vero piacere soggiornarci. Un grande vantaggio è stata la piscina, inclusa nel prezzo, che ci ha regalato momenti di relax e divertimento per tutta la famiglia. Inoltre, la posizione è ideale: a pochi passi ci sono supermercati e altri servizi essenziali, e la navetta per il mare è stata comodissima. Un ringraziamento speciale va alla signora Carla, che è stata un'host eccezionale. Ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni di cui avevamo bisogno e si è assicurata che il nostro soggiorno fosse perfetto in ogni dettaglio. La casa è davvero bellissima, curata in ogni particolare, e non vediamo l'ora di poterci tornare. Consigliatissima!

Abbiamo passato un weekend in totale serenità! Villa Fiore si è rivelato un posto dove è possibile allontanarsi dai ritmi frenetici della vita quotidiana e godersi attimi di paradiso preziosissimi. Complimenti anche all’host il quale nonostante qualche piccola problematica riscontrata, ha saputo subito rimediare donandoci la possibilità di continuare a godere della magia di questo fantastico posto.

Прекрасный дом в спокойном безопасном месте. Очень чисто и уютно. Хозяин сразу же решает любые проблемы, очень доброжелательный и заботливый. Самая главная фишка дома - отличный камин, который придает вечерам приятную атмосферу. Хозяин делает все, чтобы отдых был комфортным. Если бы было лето, то можно плавать в бассейне, но мы прибыли в октябре. Чтобы провести приятное время в тихом, уютном месте - это один из лучших вариантов для выбора. Спасибо Марио, который сделал наш отдых незабываемым!

2eme fois chez Lamberto et que dire.. Nous passons à chaque fois nos meilleurs vacances dans cette superbe maison, chacun à son espace et la piscine et superbe. Lamberto est d’une gentillesse incroyable et toujours disponible au moindre soucis. Nous reviendrons. Merci pour tout !

Notre séjour dans cette très belle maison de famille a été particulièrement très agréable . La situation de cette location offre une très belle vue sur la baie de Formia/Gaeta. Le beau et grand jardin aux couleurs méditerranéennes , la piscine, le calme de cet endroit permettent de bien se détendre. La gastronomie de la cuisine italienne est à l’honneur dans les villes proches et les visites de Naples, Pompéi… complètent ces vacances italiennes. Sans oublier l’accueil très chaleureux de Loredana toujours prête à rendre service.

Vi var två familjer med små barn som hyrde och hade en jättebra upplevelse. Doriana och medvärdar var mycket hjälpsamma. Det var svårt att hitta boendet genom adressen men vi fick en exakt pin till boendet som vi kunde lägga in i gps:en. Det vore bra om det fanns instruktioner för hur sopsorteringen fungerar i huset så slipper alla fråga. Vi förväntade oss att det skulle finnas mer förbrukningsartiklar så som salt, diskmedel, toapapper vilket det inte gjorde men värden ordnade de till oss när vi frågade. Det var väldigt mycket flugor överallt längs kusten där vi vistades vilket gjorde att vi inte utnyttjade uteplatsen lika mycket som vi trodde vi skulle göra. Enligt uppgifter så var det pga det blötare vädret som varit under hösten (vi var där i oktober) och inget som andra som vistas där under sommaren upplevt. Allt som allt hade vi en mycket bra vistelse!

Casa perfettamente rispondente alle foto, vicinissima al mare, con una veduta impagabile e dotata di tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. Molto pratici il self check-in e check-out. Host gentili e disponibili. Consiglio assolutamente il soggiorno in questa struttura per serate rilassanti su una terrazza mozzafiato.

Danilo and his family were incredibly welcoming and responsive hosts. Their home in Sabaudia is clean and beautiful with a stunning outdoor cooking area, large, open spaces, had plenty of space for larger families travelling, and the downstairs shower was a dream. They generously gave us a delicious crostata and a bottle of wine as a welcome gift. We ran into some transport trouble due to a public transport strike on the day we were due to arrive, and Danilo was incredibly responsive, helpful, and understanding, going the extra mile to help us navigate Italy’s public transport system. The house is conveniently located close to a major supermarket and is a short walk away from the town’s major piazza with all the amenities. This is one of the best places to stay for any trip to Sabaudia.

Splendida Villa in Sabaudia, molto vicina al centro cittadino ma in zona molto tranquilla immersa nel verde. Con ampia possibilità di parcheggio sulla strada di fronte. La Villa è molto spaziosa con salone spazioso, cucina, 4 camere, 4 bagni, sala hobby, zona patio esterna adiacente a piccolo giardino da utilizzare sicuramente per la colazione della mattina. Aria condizionata nel salone deliziosa. L’ alloggio dista dalle splendide dune di Sabaudia e dal mare solo 5-7 minuti di auto. Volendo si può andare anche in bicicletta, facile da affittare e facendo attenzione al traffico dei vacanzieri. Beatrice è stata gentilissima e sempre pronta a rispondere ai nostri messaggi. In conclusione splendida Villa al mare di Sabaudia. Da consigliare assolutamente. Dott. Gabriele.

We had such a wonderful stay at Anna’s little seaside flat. The views were wonderful and just a few minutes walk down to the beach. Loved the eclectic artsy vibe of the flat. Anna was so helpful with providing us with restaurants that had gluten-free foods. Truly a place that we would enjoy again on our next trip to Gaeta.

Un posto davvero tranquillo con dintorni da visitare splendidi. Serena è stata un host presente e reattiva dal check-in al check-out. Da tornarci soprattutto in estate grazie a quella splendida piscina.

Abitazione deliziosa ed estremamente confortevole. Molto pulita e comoda per una vacanza estiva. Host super gentile e cordiale.

Persone serie e gentilissime, sempre disponibili . La casa è curata nei piccoli particolari per garantire agli ospiti un soggiorno confortevole come a casa propria. Spazio esterno gradevolissimo. Ottima posizione strategica per visitare posti incantevoli sia a sud come Sperlonga ( a 5 minuti) e Gaeta a 20 , sia a nord come Terracina, San Felice Circeo e Sabaudia. Torneremo presto

Wir waren drei Wochen zu Besuch in Claudias Unterkunft und waren schnell überwältigt von der fantastischen Lage, dem unfassbar schönen Stränden und den traumhaften Sonnenuntergängen. Claudia hatte sich in der ganzen Zeit sehr viel Mühe gegeben um unsere Fragen zu beantworten und gab es doch mal ein kleineres Problem hatte sie uns umgehend geholfen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl bei ihr gefühlt.

Carlo fait partie de ces hôtes grâce auxquels la tradition antique de l’hospitalité dans le monde méditerranéen perdure jusqu’à aujourd’hui. Goût de la beauté, bienveillance et amitié vous attendent dans cette merveilleuse maison où chaque objet a été choisi avec amour. Je ne peux qu’inviter les voyageurs amoureux de l’Italie à venir se ressourcer hors du temps dans cet îlot de beauté où le sublime carrelage bleu turquoise et la vue sur la belle Méditerranée sera un souvenir de vacances qui nourrira les longs mois d’hiver jusqu’à l’été suivant. Merci Carlo de nous avoir donner la chance de séjourner dans ce lieu idyllique et inspirant …

Villetta vicino al mare molto carina, curata e arredata con buon gusto, spaziosa e rifornita di tutto, con abbondanza di suppellettili per la cucina e per godersi il delizioso giardino. Le stanze comode e con molti armadi, diversi televisori, aria condizionata e ventilatori a disposizione. In 7 si sta perfettamente comodi . La zona è residenziale e tranquilla. Il mare a 4 minuti a piedi. Anche il nostro cane sì è trovato benissimo, con la recinzione intorno alla casa poteva rimanere in giardino al fresco mentre andavamo al mare. L'host Nicola molto gentile e disponibile e il signor Maurizio sempre pronto ad aiutare per qualsiasi evenienza. Insomma, un'esperienza perfetta e da ripetere sicuramente!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit mit tollen Vögelkonzerten. Alles ist gut zu erreichen. Leckere Pizza und Backwaren in großer Auswahl. Die gesamte Umgebung ist sehr schön. Wir waren auch zweimal im Nachbarort in der Altstadt und im Tempel. Die Luft ist im Herbst sehr feucht, riecht super, lockt aber Mücken an. Daher haben wir uns vor Ort noch Soventol besorgt. Gerne immer wieder diesen schönen Ort besuchen.

Michele's place is very nice, is a three story building, with a beautiful kitchen with a little balcony on the first floor and a bathroom with a shower. On the second floor tere are two nice size bedrooms one of them with a nice balcony and a second bathroom. The cleanliness is close to goodness they say, and the house is spotless. The view from the balconies is nice and the road is off the main traffic so it is very quiet, plus the fixtures are perfect to ensure that the noise stays out and the warmth stays in. Nice heaters spread around the house keep it very comfortable even in the winter. Michele. Is a perfect host, ready to accomodates all the possible issues. The presence of the stairs doesn't make it available to people with disabilities and difficulties walking, but this is because the building is in the old part of Itri and is not that easy to modify it. It is totally renewed inside, clean and perfectly equipped.

Miriam è una persona veramente gentile. Ci ha accolti in casa con tutta l'ospitalità che ci si aspetta facendoci sentire a casa. Il suo villino è stupendo, accogliente, arredato con tutto il necessario e curato anche nei particolari. Stupendo il patio esterno ideale per una cena tra amici e del sano relax dopo una giornata di mare. comprensorio all'interno del quale si trova casa è molto bello, sicuro ed a 2 passi dal centro di San Felice. Il mare dista a 3 Min di auto oppure 15 Min a piedi. Ottimo anche con la bici. Che dire, ci siamo sentiti a casa. Grazie di tutto!

Ottima accoglienza! Casale splendido! Cucina piccola ma fornita, stanze da letto grandi, bagni ovunque (noi eravamo in 8) Vicinanza ad ogni luogo turistico significativo!
