Aluguéis por temporada em Selva

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Joan. Am besten hat uns die riesige Dachterrasse gefallen, auf der wir sehr gerne den Tag begonnen und beendet haben. Auch wenn das Wetter nicht supergut war, konnten wir viel von Mallorca kennenlernen, wenngleich es immer mit etwas Fahrerei verbunden war. Der nebenan liegende Spielplatz war an trockenen Tagen zwar stark besucht, hat uns aber vom Lärmpegel überhaupt nicht gestört. Die Kommunikation mit Joan war super, bei Fragen oder Problemen kam immer sofort eine Antwort und Lösung. Wir kommen gerne noch einmal wieder!

Xesca is a lovely host and was very helpful and understanding ref a mix up at check in. Xesca had left a lovely bottle of wine and biscuits for our arrival a very thoughtful touch. She had also left in milk as requested thank you. Apartment very near the beach and the promenade and shops. The apartment was really clean and nicely decorated. There were leaflets about other tourist attractions and some novels which were useful. we enjoyed our break tremendously.

What a special place Gabriel’s home is! The apartment is in a perfect spot overlooking the promenade at Port Soller. We loved it! The spacious accommodation worked well for four adults and two young children. The terrace was a perfect spot to watch the sunset. The children enjoyed playing on the beach and swimming in the clear sea. There were plenty of beach toys in the apartment and that was really useful. Nearby, there were lots of great places to eat. We treated ourselves to morning croissants from the bike café and takeaway pizzas from Pizzeria Sa Torre. We celebrated a birthday at Patiki Beach. We would highly recommend the apartment.

Wir waren in der Vorsaison dort. 80% der Geschäfte und Lokale am Wasser waren geschlossen und es waren kaum Touristen auf der Insel. Zur Wohnung direkt am Wasser gehörte ein Parkplatz (gegen eine kleine Gebühr). Somit konnten wir zu jeder Zeit unseren Leihwagen dort abstellen und mussten keinen Parkplatz suchen. In der Hauptsaison perfekt. Im Ort Sant Jordi sind eine Menge „baufällige“ bzw. „heruntergekommene“ Gebäude in den Nebenstraßen. Das hat uns nicht so gut gefallen. Zu Fuß zu erreichen war ein mehrere Kilometer langer Sandstrand. Dort konnte man stundenlang entlang wandern. Ins Hinterland kam man allerdings nicht. Der gesamte Küstenbereich war mit einem Zaun abgesperrt. Es waren entlang des Wassers 10m - 30m zugänglich. Im Ort selber gibt es einen kleinen Yachthafen, einen breiten Sandstrand und keine großen Hotels. Sehr angenehm.

Die Unterkunft war sauber, alles nötige vorhanden und wir haben uns sehr über die Willkommensgetränke im Kühlschrank gefreut. Alles super, gerne wieder.

The place was with very good location, beautiful view to the river and the sea in a short walking distance. Barbara was very helpful and it was easy to find the place. Own parking space was an extra + with us having a car. The pool was great and and air-condition in every room also very useful. The place was very clean and all the necessary things were there. I recommend highly +++.

Un séjour très agréable dans un très bel environnement , au calme. L’appartement est charmant et bien équipé et alexandra repondra à toutes vos questions et sera de bons conseils. Je recommande vivement

Schöne Wohnung in der Nähe von zwei der schönsten Strände Mallorcas. Ruhiges kleines Örtchen mit ein paar tollen Restaurants. Wir sind mit dem Auto von dort überall schnell hingekommen. Josep war jederzeit erreichbar und hat fix reagiert und geantwortet. Danke für die vielen Tips und Ideen für die Umgebung. Das Kind hat den Pool geliebt :) Danke Josep für den schönen Aufenthalt. :)

We spent a long weekend in Alcudia with our extended family. With four bedrooms and three bathrooms David’s villa is very spacious. Central air conditioning in every room, blackout blinds, ample storage and comfortable beds. Very child friendly, even with a bunch of toys and beach/swimming gear. Kitchen had all we needed, including cooker; dishwasher, bit fridge and freezer. And nice location too. Plenty of parking, walking distance to the beach and only a short drive away from various restaurants and supermarkets. David helped with a lot of recommendations too. We’re definitely coming back.
