It has been sympathetically renovated to bring it up to 21st century standards with electricity generated using our solar panels. Superfast fibre broadband 500mgb It is surrounded by stunning rural views and is very quiet. Sumptuous, cosy and welcoming are just a few of the words that describe this charming escape. The Old Workshop is situated within an AONB and is tucked away in the courtyard of our barns.

It is the perfect base for exploring Devon and Dorset and is close to many beautiful beaches along the Jurassic coast. Seaton, Lyme Regis, Beer, Branscombe and Sidmouth are all just a short drive away. Colyton with it's tramway is just down the road. Musbury is found in East Devon and a designated ‘Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty'. The barn is located at the foot of Musbury Castle and on the East Devon Way. The barn is a 16th Century former dairy, 3 miles from Seaton and Axminister 7 miles from Lyme Regis. The barn has 2 bedrooms one shower room and a lounge/kitchen. Big comfy sofas and 1/3 acre of garden shared with the owner and his cocker spaniel Bailey. Additional single chair bed available for additional guest

The Cottage was converted in 2020, the original building is a Victorian Smithy. The property has the charm of an old cottage but is modern, stylish and light and airy. It is detached and so private, with two gardens and a meadow, a stream runs through the gardens. It is delightful to spend time at the Old Forge. There is an area to barbecue or have a fire outside. For bookings during summer holidays there is a 'one week' minimum stay.
