Located Downtown Santa Cruz, half-mile from the Beach Boardwalk, Main Beach, Wharf and West Cliff Drive. The city 14% TOT tax is included.

Cozy 1-Bedroom duplex in Seabright

Walk to Boardwalk, beach and restaurants. One bedroom duplex located in lower Seabright is cozy and clean. Everything you will need including washer/dryer, cable TV, wifi, etc. There is a full kitchen with gas stove, full size refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. The bedroom has a queen bed and plenty of storage to unpack. There is a twin sofa sleeper in the living room. Check in is 4 pm and check out is 11 am. We do not host pets. We only host guests with positive host ratings.

Our Seabright Beach place has been in the family for over 50 years. A recent remodel brings the space up to date with our goal to make it especially comfortable and light, a retreat where you will be able to relax after a day of adventure, riding the Big Dipper, wine/beer tasting or beach fun. Sleep in a comfy king size bed in a room with room darkening window coverings. The sofa has a pull out queen size bed. Also, we have a fold out bed in the bedroom closet.

Private small cozy 1 br/1ba bungalow. This space boasts a taste of Latin American beach, Spanish tile floors and wood furniture. Kitchenette with an induction burner and xl toaster oven (no range) , full size fridge, private patio seating, umbrella, tropical plants. Bathroom with a small shower. This beautifully & recently renovated studio with separate entry and private bathroom is in the middle of everything Santa Cruz has to offer: downtown, beaches, boardwalk, West Cliff Drive, bike paths, etc. are an easy walk or bike-ride. You may also access the common-space gardens and hot tub in the spa-like back yard (upon request).
