It enjoys near-total privacy on three acres of forest, plus the sound, smell and sight of the ocean through a gap in the trees on a clear day. The main room and the master bedroom are spacious, with views of the forest from every angle. Casa Del Mar located in Unit 7 Block 5 Lot 8 in the Sea Ranch has spectacular ocean views and access to miles of hiking trails, three community pools and tennis courts, and wonderful beaches! It is an older, unique, rustic family retreat and has decks which offer beautiful views of the ocean. There are stairs so not recommended for young children or toddlers.
