I stayed at this apartment for 3 months for a travel assignment. The place offers a great amount of room and privacy. The host was very good and responds to your needs in a timely manner. There were some issues on the outside that were resolved to make my stay better! The area is pretty quiet for the most part depending on the time of day. Overall good experience!

Stayed one night last week and three nights this week. Book it! It’s exactly as it appears in the pictures. Building feels safe at any hour and there is a parking lot 2 short blocks away for $15 per 24 hours. But there’s always evening parking on the block. Great food all around. Try out Rain just up the block. Rodney is proactive, responsive, and determined to provide a wonderful experience.

Gabriel is a good responsive host and the room was clean, and as described.

Zainab was a wonderful host, very responsible and made a lot of great recommendations. The apartment was easy to get into and everything you needed was less than a 10 minute drive away. I would definitely stay here again!

Ronnie’s Place was perfect for our stay! Highly recommend as a place to stay if in the Capital Region area as it’s locally on the outskirts of Albany. We were in New York to celebrate a Grandchild’s Sweet 16th Birthday” & “Holiday’s” This place was great for our family visit and made it easier on us. Everything was immaculate & clean. One of my favorites was the bathroom/laundry room it was so nicely decorated with items for laundry use but placed it these awesome essentials bottles. I may add something like that to my laundry room LOL. We didn’t get to utilize the other great amenities due to the weather. We differently will come back again soon as we travel to New York frequently.

Had a great time here. The hosts are very friendly and helpful especially Mr. Joe who even helped me out to carry my heavy luggage to the 2nd floor. The house is exactly like how it was shown in the photos. If you can afford a 3 or 4 star hotel, then I recommend this beautiful home rather than a hotel and you won't regret it. Kudos to the hosts for their effort in keeping the house in pristine condition.

The inside of the home was clean and the beds were very comfortable! It should be noted that this is a mobile home. Not a bad thing but just not fully clear from the listing. With that said it was a good deal for the price and host was very proactive and responsive!

This is the second time I booked a stay at Ellen’s home. I love the decor and peaceful setting. The home is nicely furnished and the Porch leading to the outside deck is very comfortable. Ellen is a great host and a great communicator.

Tom is a wonderful host and the home was great! A peaceful setting on the Hudson River and had everything we needed! Main bedroom bed was adjustable and super comfortable. We also loved the foosball and Ms. Pac-Man/Galaga machine. We enjoyed our stay there very much!

We stayed in Ben and Kelly’s home in early August of 2022. The house was beautiful, neat and in a perfect location, close to all that we wanted to do. The use of the clubhouse was also great as it was a hot few days. They were very quick to respond to us when we needed anything. We’d love to come back to this place in the future.

Thank you so much Laura for giving us an opportunity to stay at your beautiful house. We went there to celebrate our daughter’s 12th birthday and it actually turned out amazing. I’m also very thankful to you for actually sending the toy which my little daughter left there. We have received it last night, and she was beyond happy. Hopefully, we can do it again and enjoy the stay there again the following years.

This is about the 5th consecutive year we've stayed at Anthony's. Trip was great as usual. Anthony's a great host, very quick to respond to any questions, his place is always very clean, he is a gracious host & the view is beautiful. Hope to stay again next year

Arthur’s place was perfect for a quick weekend trip to Saratoga Springs with the family. Arthur’s home is very comfortable, cozy and clean. The whole trip everyone kept saying “I want to live here I love this house” the location is perfect - less than 10 minutes from downtown and 5 minutes from Saratoga Race Course, but you wouldn’t know it because the neighborhood is so peaceful. Arthur was very responsive and kind. My family and I would definitely stay here again! Thank you for a great weekend Arthur!

WE WERE A PARTY OF 8 & WE WERE SO COMFORTABLE STAYING IN CRAIG’S HOUSE!! VERY SPACIOUS AND CLEAN. CRAIG WAS ALSO VERY RESPONSIVE AND HAD EVERYTHING WE NEEDED IN THE HOUSE INCLUDING GAMES FOR A GOOD TIME!!! UPSTAIRS GYM WAS ALSO A PLUS!!!
