Messen) nur 20 Min. Die Allianz Arena ist ebenso leicht mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Für weitere Ausflüge empfehlen wir die größte Thermenwelt Europas in Erding, Freizeitpark Poing sowie die Erkundung vieler Badeseen. Enjoy your vacation in this paradise in the suburb of Munich and u will have an unforgettable trip! The apartment is only 35 minutes drive to the Munich airport and 15 minutes drive the new exhibition centre- Messe. To the s bahn station line 4 and 6 only 10 minutes walk and you can find there all the cafes, supermarket, and so on. With the S bahn 25 minutes u are in the city center. Parking is free on the public street. The apartment is specially kids-friendly- a playground at the backyard.

Morgens kannst du bei einer Tasse Kaffee Vogelgezwitscher hören oder im nahen Park Joggen, abends beim "Griechen" (150m) den Tag ausklingen lassen. Das App. liegt im Grünen, jedoch nur 15 Min. vom Zentrum entfernt. Zur Messe München sind es 20 Min. Die U-Bahn fährt direkt zum Oktoberfest 15 Min. Autobahn ist 5 Min. entfernt.

Above the village of Aßling with supermarkets, restaurants, gas station, bakery. To the train station it's a 5 min walk, from there you can take the train to Munich in about 21 min and to Rosenheim in 15 min, further to Salzburg.... (i.e. you can also arrive without a car. If we can arrange it, we will be happy to pick you and your suitcases up from the station).

Enjoy "Gemütlichkeit" close to munich! Stay in our cosy town or take the suburban train (S 3) to reach munich-city without change in less than 20 minutes! Having your private sleeping, bathroom and kitchen its easy having a great time in bavaria. Highlight: your private sauna in your bathroom! The top floor of our big house is a separate apartment and is accessible via the shared stairwell. With my three sons and my dog I live on the ground- and first floor.

The house lies in a quiet residential area, 10 minutes walk from the railway station and the town centre with all its shops. A beautiful forest is close by. Excursions to Munich and the beautiful Bavarian countryside can easily be made by car or by train. You can use the garden and bicycles.
