Nathaorn went ABOVE and BEYOND to host our group last minute, and with lots of forms for our group. So awesome!

We were very pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The house had 2 levels and a garden and that made us feel very at home. De host is very friendly. The location of the house was almost perfect for us. Close to the city (10 min with motorbike) and quiet!! Def recommend!

Khun Yui, und ihre Familie, sind ein SUPER Gastgeber. Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Nicht nur war das Haus sauber, und sehr gut eingerichtet, wir mußten auch grundlegende Sachen wie Wasser, Toilettenpapier erstmal nicht kaufen weil da schon ein Bestand vorhanden war. Die Lage ist auch Klasse, und der Flughafen fällt eigentlich kaum auf. Innerhalb kürzester Zeit ist man im Central Airport, und sowohl im Moo Ban als an der Hauptstraße gibt es viele Möglichkeiten essen zu gehen und Essen für zu Hause einzukaufen. Ebenso ist der Weg in die Altstadt nicht weit, und wenn man raus möchte, bspweise Richtung Rajapruk Park und Doi Kham ist man mit dem Auto auch in kürzester Zeit da. Wir waren glücklich in den gut 2 Wochen die wir da waren, danke.

Jorge is such an outstanding host. His communication is always responsive and attentive. He is so friendly and helpful that you will get a friend after your stay. Our whole family felt right home at the place and kids do not want to leave the place with lots of fun things to do/play with. We all enjoy the pool and jacuzzi very much. I would recommend this place without hesitation.

Achiraya was a very responsive host. The 2 story house is in a gated community and we had access to the gym and pool of the gated community. The first floor of the house has an indoor kitchen, an outdoor kitchen, dining room, half bathroom and the living room. The couch was comfy and large enough for all three of us. The second floor has 3 bedrooms with the master bedroom having its own walk in closet and bathroom. Across the hall from the master bedroom is the queen sized bedroom and 1 individual sized bed with a shared bathroom. The only negative points we could walk about would be the water pressure/water heater is a little weak. We could either have hot water and low pressure or decent pressure with cool water. Also the house is about 15 to 30 minutes from the main attractions in Chiang Mai. Central festival Mall was 15 minutes away and old city 20 and Nimman area about 30 minutes. The House and Achiraya were great and would definitely stay again if needed a large house.

Biw, did all he could to make our stay comfortable. We stayed here two weeks. He connected us with a friend to get a car rental. Got us The house had basic supplies ready in great quantity (tissues, papertowels, toilet paper, coffee,water etc.) Our Family (3kids) were pretty bummed to find out the community pool was closed during our stay(April '25). Double check its back online. Biw did get our family a small pool for the driveway we used for our time there..... Thanks! The neighborhood is very friendly. Our kids played outside alot and we borrowed a scale and babysat dogs from a few of the residents. Our kids wanted to take several of the neighbors adorable dogs home with us. :) Thanks Biw.

Sunshine House is perfect for those looking for peace and serenity and it was exactly what I needed. It is a little secluded so the options for food if you don't ride a bike or drive a car are limited. However it is easily accessible with Grab or Bolt. The hosts were very friendly and kind, and gave a lot of privacy. Carolyn is super fast in responding to messages and took great care of me. She checked in with me when she didn't see me for a while to ensure I was ok. She even gave me some delicious home made food and snacks and made me feel very welcome and at home. This place really felt like a home away from home. Nana the bigger dog who guards the gate was adorable and loved coming up to me for some rubs. Chacha the adorable little one was feisty and full of character. I have extended my stay here for a little longer and will surely miss it when I leave. I will always remember this cosy home away from home and look forward to coming back again some day.

房间宽敞整洁，生活物品都很齐全，有冰箱和微波炉，很适合居住。房东有点迷糊，但人很好，热心，遇到的问题都很好的解决了。性价比很高，周边有便利店和食物夜市，如果去远的地方，房东会提供摩托车出租

Good place to work online, internet was solid. Great value for price. Comfy bed. Restaurant below is good. Helpful staff and store for basics. The area needs a scooter and once I got one I enjoyed a bit more so I could get to old town quicker.

Stayed 2 weeks in Jen’s place and it was incredibly amazing! In just a few minutes, you’ll reach the airport or old city town. Easy access to food and laundry. Jen and Joe are very responsive hosts as well! It was a bit hazy at chiang mai and they even sent us an air humidifier. This place is highly recommended as it got everything you need. Thank you, Jen and Joe!

This stay was probably one of the best I’ve had so far! If you need a break from hostel life this is an amazing alternative. The price is fair and the room is heavenly big, with a washing machine, extremely comfy bed, wifi, clean space! Jan is extremely friendly, she helped me find solutions for my visa, motorbike rentals and was always attentive when I needed her advice! Also one of the best hosts I’ve ever had! The surrounding is near to a main road where you can have a bunch of street food, 7/11 is right around the corner, it did take me about 45/50 minutes of walking to the old town but helped me stay active! All in all, highly recommend!!

Ich kann einen Aufenthalt hier nur empfehlen. Gerade wenn man für eine längere Zeit eine ruhige Wohnung sucht. Der Pool und das Fitnessstudio waren klasse. Die Sicherheitsleute waren äußerst freundlich und die gesamte Außenanlage wurde täglich gereinigt. Mit dem Roller oder mit Grab ist alles einfach zu erreichen. Egal ob Flughafen, Innenstadt oder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir kommen gerne wieder zurück!

Nous sommes restés 10 jours dans le logement sans aucun regret. Il est bien équipé, bien placé plutôt proche de tout mais silencieux. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

We had a great stay at Neil's. Everything was easy from check in to check out. The kitchen is well equipped, the bed is super comfortable and the amenities such as the pool were excellent. The apartment, even though, was close to everything, is extremely quiet. We loved that it was just a few steps away from the famous markets, grocery store, bank and redtaurants. You absolutely need to book spa treatments, next door, at the Peak Spa, for an amazing experience. I have already recommanded Neil's apartment to our friends who are looking to go visit Chiang Mai. Thanks Neil for everything!

Booked this apartment fairly last minute as to meet up with my son who was travelling and staying in the same apartments. I was worried as heard a few others mention noise, but there was no problem. There is building work happening around, but it doesn’t disturb anything. The apartment is exactly like the photos. There is everything you need and it is spotlessly clean too. It also has a great spot in the apartment block with sun most of the day. Having the pools is an added bonus and I used them everyday. The shopping centre and eateries are literally across the bridge, 5 minutes away and in the opposite direction, 7/11 for everything you need and more food places. I would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat

Amazing place - very clean and tourist friendly. Jessie was super helpful and provided easy to follow instructions, and restaurants close by.

I stayed here for one month while working remotely here in Chiang Mai! I really enjoy the area around Chang Khlan road too, it’s close enough to both local and more “touristy” things to do as well. The apartment is well equipped for working remotely too, the WiFi is fast and there’s a nice table to work at as well. Staying at the Astra is quite nice as well. I enjoy the pool here as well as the gym and used both often. A bit of noise here and there, as many people stay here for shorter durations, but nothing out of ordinary. Would recommend this place for anyone who wants to stay in Chiang Mai!

I had a fantastic stay here! The apartment was very clean and had everything I needed from coffee to water to snacks. Lin went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and addressed all of my questions promptly. The service was exceptional.

Very friendly host and recommended some places for dinner places with nice views on request. Places is very accessible and easy to go around. Private and no noise disturbance. Recommended

Très contents de notre séjour chez Golf et co gérants, les informations étaient très claires, Golf a toujours répondu à mes demandes de renseignements mêmes pour me rendre aux urgences suite à un problème médical, je l’en remercie. Golf nous a bien guidé pour la location de scooter et voiture. L’appartement est confortable pour 2 personnes, la piscine est agréable lorsqu’on peut s’y rendre, vu la grandeur du Condo les places sont limitées, mais c’est un détail. L’emplacement est idéal proche du Night Market à pied ainsi que des magasins. La vielle ville est un peu plus loin a pied mais en scooter ou touktouk c’est nickel. Nous avons passé 15 jours magnifiques merci
