São Vicente: aluguel por temporada com terraço

Logement très spacieux et propre, conforme aux photos et situé à une quinzaine de minutes à pieds du centre, du port et de la plage. J'ai été très bien accueillie par Jamila, un grand merci à elle ! La quartier est assez animé, il se peut que le soir on entende pas mal de bruit, donc penser à prendre des boules quies si on est sensible au bruit la nuit.

Elsa is an extraordinary host. The apartment is probably the most beautiful on the island - with views of the ocean, the mountains, and everything else. A grocery store right in the building, and a pool downstairs (it was being renovated when we were there so we didn't get to use it, but it looks stunning). There is also a second grocery store via a 7 minute walk, and CNAD is about 8 minutes away, not to mention the 10-12 minute walk to the beach. I can't say enough wonderful things about Elsa as a host - she goes out of her way to make you feel connected to the community. Thanks, Elsa!

We hadden een fantastische vakantie in Filomena Apartments! Het appartement was top! Jammer dat de directe omgeving nog een bouwwerf was, maar daar hebben we helemaal geen last van gehad. Ligging helemaal perfect, op wandelafstand van het strand. De host regelde ons een vast contact voor taxiritten en gaf ons tal van culturele tips. Van een topvakantie gesproken! Echt een aanrader ✨

A Home Away from Home in Mindelo – Simply Perfect! Victor’s place truly felt like home from the moment I arrived. The apartment is ideally located—you can easily explore the heart of Mindelo on foot, with great restaurants, cool bars, and local spots just around the corner. There’s even a grocery store and a breakfast café in the building, and an ATM right next door. As a fitness lover, I appreciated the many gyms nearby too! The area is safe and secure, and I felt completely comfortable as a solo traveler. Victor’s communication was quick, clear, and always helpful. He generously shared his best insider tips and made my stay incredibly easy and enjoyable. If you’re thinking about booking—don’t think twice. This place has everything you need and more. Highly recommended!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Kai, Mary et Larissa. Des hôtes avec un sens de l’accueil plus que chaleureux, plein de petites attentions pour ma famille. Le logement est très très bien équipé et très spacieux. Logement éloigné du centre dans un quartier authentique mais nous ne regrettons pas notre choix cela nous a permis d éviter la foule et le bruit du carnaval. À voir absolument pour ceux qui se questionneraient sur le choix de la date! ;) c est juste magnifique et une ambiance magique! Je recommande plus plus ce logement et cette famille. J’espère y revenir un jour! Un super chauffeur de taxi (Calu) nous a été envoyé par Kai, joignable facilement et très arrangeant lui aussi. Bref un super séjour merci à vous pour ces merveilleux souvenirs. Fanny

Schöne, moderne Wohnung etwas außerhalb des Zentrums, ca 5 min zu Fuß zum Stadtstrand und etwa 10 min ins Zentrum. Die Wohnung ist neuwertig eingerichtet, sauber und hat alles was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub benötigt. Angenehmes Bett und Dusche mit ordentlichem Wasserdruck. Empfehlenswert! Deborah ist eine aufmerksame Gastgeberin, die Kommunikation mit ihr war sehr einfach und schnell.

Liliana is a very heartwarming host, quick to respond to your questions and helpfull in aiding your trip around Saõ Vicente. Couldn’t have wished for more. About the appartment. It is located right on the sea board. A beautiful and tranquil place to enjoy the ocean, read a book and at night you have an amazong view of the stars. There’s a garden with a lot of shade and place to relax. Right next door there’s a small turtle sanctuary and you can make a roundtrip by foot around the vulcano. So enough to do for everyone. Inside the appartment is very clean, tidy en cozy. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Thomas fue un anfitrión súper amable y atento, siempre tenía buena actitud y estaba pendiente de si necesitas algo. Siempre se preocupaba de que el baño estuviera limpio y me ayudo a conocer la ciudad cuando llegué a demás el apartamento estaba ubicado en una zona muy céntrica por lo tanto la localización es excelente . Un hombre y una atención excelente, yo he vivido una muy buena experiencia gracias a su hospitalidad, si tengo la ocasión volveré! Muchas gracias por todo Thomas!

Olavo ist ein Schatz und hat sich um alles gekümmert. Es ist traumhaft schön, man hört sogar das Meer rauschen. Wir würden immer wieder buchen!

Super hôte, Thomas a toujours de très bon conseils et n’hésite jamais à vous aider quand il le peut. Il a pas mal d’adresse très sympa et connaît bien les lieux. Il est très propre sur lui et cela se ressent chez lui. C’est quelqu’un de confiance et nous avons été ravi de séjourner chez lui. Si je devais donner un point d’amélioration, ce serait sans doute le lit à changer car il grince un peu trop à mon goût. Mais c’est bien évidemment un point de vue personnel. J’y retournerai sans problème étant donné toutes les qualités humaines de Thomas et le lieu très très sympa.

Très bon séjour à mindelo pour le carnaval ! Le logement est situé à 10mn à pied du centre ville. Un supérette est juste en dessous. Des taxis passent régulièrement à proximité également. Le logement est impeccable. Juste une petite déception car nous n’avons pas eu accès à la piscine et aux jeux pour des raisons de sécurité. Mais l’hôte n’y est pour rien dans ceci. L’hôte nous a toujours repondu rapidement et nous à donné également des numéros de taxis pour nous déplacer. Très bon séjours en famille sur mindelo !

Merci thomas pour l’accueil. Nous avons été agréablement surpris par la taille des 4 belles chambres . C’était parfait pour notre séjour avec 5 enfants. Merci pour les conseils donnés et le temps passé avec Joshua pour pêcher.
