Santa María Huatulco: apartamentos para aluguel por temporada

Excelente estancia, fue un error mío no percatarme que el aire, no era aire acondicionado, para que no les pase lo mismo, de ahí en fuera es una lindo lugar con una gran vista.

This apartment is in a beautiful location with an incredible view down to the sea. It is clean and well equipped and the air con in the bedroom is excellent! Ana went out of her way to make us feel welcome, lending us her own baby equipment to make our stay more comfortable. Fresh drinking water was provided and Maria regularly checked in that we were ok! There were a couple of small things to mention- probably more prominent for us as we had a baby with us: 1) the house is v. close to to the sea however it is very rough and we couldn’t take our baby in. It was about 1km to the nearest swimmable beach. This is absolutely not the fault of Ana however I didn’t fully appreciate this before booking so is worth noting if you are less mobile or have a baby with you! 2) insects in the kitchen- I think this comes with the territory however they got into our food and baby milk before we started storing everything in the fridge! Despite this, it was a lovely stay- thank you!

Esta muy céntrico, todo a la mano a unas pocas cuadras, nos recomendó una playa para ver el ocaso, estuvo genial. El departamento tal cual lo publicó, muy ordenado, limpio, accesible y a un buen precio. 100% recomendado! Ella estuvo siempre atenta y al pendiente de todo desde antes de nuestra llegada.

Nos sentimos muy cómodos, como en casa, tiene todo lo necesario para poder estar felices y tranquilos, super céntrico, si volveríamos a regresar. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

El departamento es nuevo y cercano al centro donde puedes ir a restaurantes, bares, tiendas y desde el parque pueden tomar un taxi en el sitio a cualquiera de las bahías para pasar tu día en la playa. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

El departamento estaba muy limpio, espacioso, acogedor, tranquilo y familiar. Las áreas comunes bonitas y limpias, el personal de recepcion siempre muy atento. Sin duda volveria a hospedarme allí. Nos llevamos una bonita experiencia de huatulco su gente muy amable y honrrada.

El lugar concuerda con las fotografías y la ubicación es magnífica pudiendo disfrutar d ellas instalaciones del hotel, playa, etc. Lo único es que no hay un plan de todo incluido para el hotel y por la temporada Decembrina los precios de comidas y bebidas son excesivos, pero todo lo que respecta al condominio excelente!

Excelente lugar, limpio y con mucha seguridad, sin problema puedes dejar tu vehículo. Todas las playas/bahías están muy cerca.

Muy agradables y atentos los anfitriones. nos hicieron muchas recomendaciones para lugares para visitar. Muy accesibles y siempre se mantuvieron en comunicación con nosotros ante cualquier duda e inquietud que tuvimos. Fue una experiencia y estancia muy agradable

Die Unterkunft in Zipolite entsprach genau den Bildern – alles war sehr sauber und die Aussicht von oben war wirklich atemberaubend. Außerdem war es hier angenehm kühler als unten im Dorf, was wir als sehr angenehm empfanden. Zum Strand gelangt man grundsätzlich zu Fuß, uns wurde jedoch davon abgeraten, da auf dem Weg mehrere Wachhunde unterwegs sind. Deshalb haben wir uns einen Scooter gemietet, mit dem wir nicht nur bequem zum Strand fahren, sondern auch die umliegenden Dörfer erkunden konnten. Wer kein Problem damit hat, etwas außerhalb des Zentrums zu wohnen und mobil ist, wird hier definitiv glücklich. Die Ruhe, die frische Brise und der Ausblick machen den Aufenthalt absolut lohnenswert.

If you are wondering where to stay for your visit to Huatulco this condo is in a great location. Restaurants, cafes, groceries, street markets, and a swimable beach are all within walking distance. It was perfect for two "young at heart" adults, it would not be good for children or people with mobility issues. There is no elevator to the third floor and the stairs within the condo are steep. The condo had everything we needed and the private deck and plunge pool were a highlight. The bed was very comfortable, although the pillows were a bit firm for my preference. The back balcony off the bedroom looks out onto the Parque Nacional so there were birds and deer and nature sounds to enjoy. The shared pool and upper patio had lovely plantings and shaded areas to sit. Property managers Adrián and Fluvio were very helpful, spoke fluent English and Mexican Spanish and were easy to reach. Fluvio met us to let us into the condo, gave us a tour and had helpful suggestions about the area.

Una extraordinaria experiencia, todo muy ameno y Rodolfo muy atento y servicial, lleve un bebé de 1 año y todo perfecto para el. Altamente recomendable!!

La verdad es que si vas con intención de descansar y perderte entre la naturaleza es el lugar ideal 💕 el bungalow está muy bonito y super práctico, cuenta con todo lo necesario, es como retroceder en el tiempo por la paz y tranquilidad que se siente la verdad la sombrilla y las sillas son lo mejor del Airbnb si quieres ir a la playa y contemplar el mar ya que no hay nada de comercio en las playitas cercanas. Arturo es súper amable y te resuelve todas tus dudas, es un excelente anfitrión sin duda regresaría, gracias Arturo, lo pasamos increíble! ✨

I recommend this Condo, it is beautiful and the view from the deck is stunning. Walkable to Playa Arrocito which is very nice.

The location is one of the best we have been at. The view from the condo is breathtaking even though there is a lot of walking from the beach to the condo but we did not mind that at all. The Kitchen is small but had everything we needed to cook some meals. It was also great that the condo plunge pool was cleaned every couple days. The only negative was the resort restaurants were quite expensive so we ended up leaving the resort to source less expensive restaurants or cooking our own meals. Alejandro was very responsive to any questions we had and even gave us a late checkout which was very appreciated. A great vacation at a great location. We would not hesitate to return again.

Beautiful view. Roxana was prompt to initially repair the air conditioning. Our family had a wonderful time at the pool and beach. There were 5 of us and we had plenty of space. A car is a must to explore the area when you have 5 people. Thank you, Roxana

We had a great stay at Austin's condo. It was very well equipped, including items to use at the beach! The private splash pool was so welcome at the end of a hot day. The unit was clean, the main bedroom bed super comfortable, and the A/C worked great. The resort itself was beautiful, staff were friendly & helpful & the beach was amazing. Short walk to local restaurants & stores All communication with Agustin was good & he responded very quickly. We would definitely stay at Austin's place again if we return to Huatulco again.

Very nice condo and location is perfect as it is very close to tourist shops and a couple of convenience stores. It is about a two block walk with easy access to get to the beach and park area. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

I had an awesome time during my vacation. The view from the jacuzzi on the rooftop is everything. The place is a short walk to the beach which is super convenient for a sunset or sunrise walk at Bocana (best experience of the trip). It has everything you could need from the kitchen, plenty of towels and very clean. There were people regularly cleaning the common areas. I would definitely stay here again.

Raquel's place was perfect for us! Quite spacious and comfortable. It had many amenities: beach towels, umbrellas, toys... The pool was super nice and the location very convenient. Thank you for everything!

el lugar es excepcional, cerca de todo. LIMPIO Y SUPER AGRADABLE con cosas útiles para un viaje a Huatulco todo es excelentes condiciones. super recomendable...
