The property and furnishings are beautiful and in excellent condition. Comfortable beds, clean bathroom, well stocked kitchen, and extra linens. In addition, there is a lovely oak shaded deck with comfortable seating. And don’t fireplace. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Overall I enjoyed my stay. The host was responsive and helpful. I felt good staying there especially since it was close to a lot of the things I wanted to do.

Home is located in the neighborhood near Seabright beach. Had some minor WiFi issues but the owner very quickly responded and had a tech come out for service repair. I couldn’t have asked for better service! Home was clean. Quiet after 10pm(ish) even on a Friday & Saturday night. Enjoyed reading my books on the balcony while the kids played on the beach. Boardwalk is a 10-15 min walk with multiple restaurants. Seabright beach is a few house down & around the corner. Ideal location. We are so grateful for spending the weekend at this home & all the fun memories we created with some of our older (teen) kids. Thank you again for providing this vacation rental! This air bnb is a key contributor to the great quality time I had with my loved one this weekend. I wish everyone who plays a role in maintaining this vacation rental all the best ☮️

This house was great for our family of four. We had plenty of space, the kitchen was well equipped, and the outside area gave the kids a nice place to play. Our toddler especially enjoyed the Thomas train set in his room! This is a lovely area of Santa Cruz too - easy walk to the beach and Boardwalk.

We love this place. They have thought of everything you will need from life vests and beach toys for the kids to parchment paper to cook with. All you need to bring is your own food and clothing and your set. Great location to walk down to the beach or go over to Marriannes for some ice cream. It is clean and cozy and we can't wait to come back.

e stayed for a few nights, and this location was unbelievable! The property itself was stunning and private—just what we were looking for. Every amenity we could possibly need for a short getaway was thoughtfully provided. As Bay Area natives, we’re so excited to have found a spot like this for quick escapes. The Boardwalk had arcades open and some shops stayed open late, which was a nice surprise. The beach closes at midnight, making late-night walks peaceful and relaxing—and the 10-minute walk back is super easy. Downtown is only a 12-minute stroll, so it’s convenient to wander, grab food, and explore at your own pace. There are tons of great dining options throughout the day. This place truly had it all—convenient, cozy, and close to everything.

The stay was very peaceful and worth every penny. There was lots to do around the area and the place felt like home. The host are very nice and responsive. I look forwards to staying there again when I go back to San Jose

We had a great stay at Rainee’s apartment. It was spacious, very clean, and just like the pictures. The location is quiet, safe, and close to everything. The apartment had everything we needed, and the check-in instructions were super clear. Rainee was always helpful and responded quickly. Highly recommended!

A wonderful stay! The place was perfectly located, very comfortable, and incredibly well-equipped — it truly felt like a home away from home. We especially appreciated all the thoughtful touches and kind attention by Charlesie and Tedd throughout our stay. San Francisco was amazing, and having such a great base made all the difference. We would love to stay again on a future visit!

Well-stocked, simply furnished bungalow-type attached residence in the Seabright neighborhood, convenient to the northeastern residential sections of Santa Cruz and to supermarkets and natural food stores. Many new, easy-to-operate small appliances and good laundry set-up. Ample kitchenware and condiments. Quiet city surroundings, easy parking. Overall, staying at the unit (and interacting with owner) was a pleasure.

Convenient and comfortable stay. Hanna was quite responsive to requests. Felt like she went over and beyond to accommodate our needs.

Michelle and Peter were excellent hosts! The place was exactly as described, and very homey. The backyard was beautiful, and the inside had lots of touches to make us feel comfortable- blankets for the sofa, TV easy to sign into our netflix and other accounts, kitchen easy to cook in with all the essentials. Michelle and Peter were quick to respond to any messages I sent before and during our stay, and very accommodating. Downtown is an easy walk or very quick drive. Lots of hiking opportunities nearby, and the Coastal trail is great for bicycling. Thanks for a lovely stay!

A lovely comfortable place. Loved the decor and the great light from all the windows. Centrally located close to the beach, boardwalk, parks, and restaurants. The place was spacious and met all our needs. We will definitely return for another stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at Kristina’s condo! The place was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Beautiful condo only a block and 1/2 away from the beach/pier. The home was fully stocked and the beds were very very comfy! Loved the outdoor patio area with the fire pit.

We had a wonderful short getaway at Sue’s place! The condo is just steps from the beach, pool, and jacuzzi. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves was relaxing, and the ocean breeze was very refreshing. It was exactly what we needed to reset and recharge. Everything was just as described, and we would stay here again! Thank you, Sue!

We had such a relaxing time! So close to the beach, loved being able to walk out the door and be at the ocean. We could hear the waves at night. Sunsets were beautiful. The condo was perfect for us, had everything we needed! Great place to stay!

This was our second stay at My's beach condo. It's well maintained and has easy access to the Pajaro Dunes beach.

Amazing host, super responsive and friendly. Could not ask for a better spot to stay in Capitola!

We really enjoyed our stay, the home was beautiful and very clean. Easy check-in/access with responsiveness from the host. Views were beautiful with great restaurants within a short distance. Our only disappointment was the second bedroom not having the bunk bed setup that was indicated/pictured at our time of booking last year. We made due but would have preferred it as shown when we booked. Would stay again and recommend to others!
