This is the front unit of a fully-restored 1850s German home in downtown New Braunfels. The footprint became a duplex in the 1930s and we left it as such. The living room contains a "truth window" - a section where we left the original German fachwerk exposed for those who admire old homes to see some of the original settlers' handiwork. This property is right downtown - restaurants and bars are walking distance from the house. Also close to Schlitterbahn, the Comal river, and The Float In.

Plus, you and the herd are just 2 easy minutes from the resort style pool, BBQ, and splash pad:)

Cibolo Creek Country Cottage on over 2 acres

It's a two bedroom one bath house with a back deck and front porch on over two beautiful acres. Bordered by farmland, and across the road is Crescent Bend Nature Park. The park is a great place for bird watching, walking, jogging, bike riding and fishing. We are only minutes away from Randolph AFB and historic Main St. Cibolo with unique dining and weekend entertainment options. The cottage is a 20 minute drive to downtown San Antonio, New Braunfels or Fort Sam Houston. Owners live next door.

The suite is attached to our home, but your space is completely private (it has its own entrance, and a locked door separating the suite from the rest of the house). Your space includes a kitchenette, full bathroom, a queen sized bed, a workspace, internet, a dining area, complimentary coffee and tea, Roku TV, and complimentary paraben-free and sulfate-free shampoo, conditioner, & body wash. Enjoy this hidden gem in New Braunfels. This 392 sq ft 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom house has it's own full kitchen with washer/dryer. The bedroom has a queen bed and there is a pull out couch in the living room (pull out mattress was replaced in July 2024). The house is fenced off so you have your own private oasis! You'll be able to BBQ on those nice Texas nights too!

Very quiet neighborhood located in the country. Must notify us before stepping foot on property if have service animal, we need to place our doggy door in ahead of time. No pets other than service animals allowed. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. One bedroom downstairs has a queen bed. The upstairs bedroom has 3 twin beds.
