Description Ground Floor The generous entrance hall of our luxury vacation home leads to a spacious and comfortable dining room with its own tiled stove, lending itself not only for shared meals, but also long conversations and game nights. The adjoining kitchen offers everything that’s needed for a long family vacation – a fridge, an electrical stove with an oven, a dishwasher, as well as a coffee- and tea maker. The stylishly furnished living room invites you to read a book or enjoy a film night together – our smart TV offers all kinds of options, whilst WiFi is available throughout the house. groundfloor is 1 sleepingroom for 2 people. The spacious bathroom is equipped with a rain shower, as well as a WC. First Floor The first floor is home to 4bedrooms, each equipped with a full-size bed. Every bedroom is outfitted in a rustic chic interior, with beautiful antique cabinets, modern box-spring beds, and countless beautiful details that round off the rooms. The bathroom has a double washbasin and a whirlpool tub, making it not only a practical place for every-day use, but even more a perfect spot to retreat to after a long day. if you will be 14 people, its possible but please notice that the extra sofa will be on the floor where all 4 sleepingrooms are. the villa is perfect for 10-12. but if you want we arrange 14 too. notive 2 bathrooms with 2 toiletts. Meine Unterkunft ist ideal für Paare und Gäste, die mit ihren Haustieren verreisen. Es gibt in der Nähe viele Wandermöglichkeiten und Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Die Wohnung ist über eine Außentreppe erreichbar. Es gibt bis zu 3 Schlafzimmer, 1 Küche, 1 Wohnzimmer, 1 Badezimmer und 1 separate Toilette. Parkplätze befinden sich direkt vor dem Haus Handtücher, Bettwäsche und Haarfön sind vorhanden. Im Haus befindet sich ein kleiner Laden mit griechischen Erzeugnissen.

Du bewohnst einen regionstypischen Bauernhof in den Bergen. Das Haus ist über einer BERGSTRASSE ca. 10km außerhalb vom Ortsgebiet (Supermarkt) in ruhiger Lage, erreichbar. Ist gemütlich eingerichtet, Warmwasser und Raumheizung ist in der kalten Jahreszeit mit Holzofen selber zu heizen. Für Selbstversorger ideal geeignet. Bettbezüge selber mitnehmen. Die Ortstaxe ist 3 € pro Nacht und pro Person, Kinder bis 15 Jahren sind frei, Tennengau-Card und das Mobilitästiket sind inbegriffen.
