Sunset Art House and her host are extraordinary. I was hesitant to stay outside of “downtown,” I’m so glad we did. After a full day of exploring, hiking, or shopping, the House called us home to unwind and hang with each other in an authentic New Mexico setting. The house is amazing - sunsets, walks, stars at night, even a tree filled with a flock of Cedar Wax Wings. Host is responsive and pleasant; house is wonderful; beds are comfy; kitchen is the ultimate gathering place and fully stocked. I would stay here over and over and over again.

Whitney & David have created very BEST Airbnb experience I’ve ever stayed in‼️ Their adobe home is quintessential New Mexico with an amazing vibe, objects d’art, welcome gifts & amenities; they have thought of EVERYTHING‼️ The location is absolutely fantastic. I am a walker and being able to walk the neighborhoods to get to restaurants, cafes, galleries and groceries is a huge plus. The neighborhood is beautiful and extremely quiet. Between the luxurious bed & linens, I slept deeply. Moreover, Whitney & David are very responsive, kind and generous with their time giving lots of suggestions and pro-tips. Do not hesitate to book this beautiful home 🙌🏻 As an Airbnb hostess for the past nine years who runs her Airbnb like a five star hotel, I am not easy to please. My kids loved staying in this home. They felt right at home and actually didn’t want to leave. It was big enough for my family to fit comfortably. We all slept on a bed. Most places that I looked at you would have to sleep on a sofa bed or a single bed. This place had nice big beds. We had a lovely stay thank you Katey for having us in your place. We would definitely love to be back.

My husband and I called this space “home” for a week as we explored Santa Fe and the surrounding areas. It had everything we needed: a kitchen, laundry machine, a comfortable bed, and a fireplace with a table for playing games. The location is amazing- we were able to walk to multiple incredible restaurants, stroll down Canyon Rd, and had only a short drive to Ten Thousand Waves Spa, etc. We really enjoyed it!

Stayed at The Rabbit House with my family (4 adults, 1 child) there was ample space for us all. The house was in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Everything was perfect for our quick weekend trip. Easy to get into and clear instructions. Definitely recommend The Rabbit House!

This place is a must stay when in Albuquerque. There is something about being surrounded by the pristine mountains, the peacefulness of the neighborhood and a Host who has handled all the intricacies and difficulties that can come when renting a space. The swift response and proactive action is greatly appreciated.

Beautiful clean home! Very responsive host! She has books, games, putt putt golf, a hot tub... etc. Felt very much at home at this place. Will rent again! Thanks for everything Viviana! Top of the line host and home!!

If you're looking for a perfectly pristine place, this is not for you. BUT if you're looking to feel comfortable and at home with your family/friends, this is it! Jessie messaged me immediately after I paid for the house, and was quick to respond with my MANY messages during our stay. This was our first time in New Mexico, and we were blown away with the view from the front porch, it was almost better than the views on the drive in. There was 1 firm bed (master) and the others were all very plush, so it worked out perfectly for our team! We had a few team members over the 1st night we got in, and there was plenty of space for everyone to mingle and have fun. Having code locks on all of the bedroom doors gave plenty of privacy, and added extra security for a very cautious Momma. We have already agreed that if we go back, we will be staying again, as we were unable to explore as much as we wanted. Best part about this stay was the Easter Bunny being able to hide eggs in the backyard!!
