Cozy house at the end of a small, quiet street in a lovely neighborhood. I really love this location, and the friendly ginger cats around make it even better! The house is well-designed and perfect for both short and long stays especially if you're a big company. I truly think that staying in a house is the best way to experience Chiang Mai, rather than an apartment. Thank you, Peter, for a wonderful stay! 特别喜欢一楼的公区！光影的打造和法式复古家具相互承托简直就是个摄影棚！小猫咪们用一根猫条就贿赂到啦真的超有镜头感（我们住的一楼单间完全不会感觉挤还是独立卫浴喔～旁边还有超宽敞的厨房各种厨具和调料应有尽有，冰箱和洗衣机容量也超大適適一家人租一栋长居应该很舒服～

I had an excellent stay at Tim and Paul’s house, it was an overall great experience. The house is very spacious and feels cozy, ideal for digital nomads and other long stays. The neighborhood has lots of great restaurant options (recommending Sushi Jiro), cleaners, small cafes and bars near the house (but not hearing distance). And the value for money is unbeatable for the amount of space. Highly recommend !

The accommodation is quiet and peaceful. The house is large and spacious, but it’s quite far from tourist attractions. The entrance to the alley is a bit deep. If distance isn’t an issue, this is definitely a place worth staying. The owner responds quickly.

Great place, huge space, comfortable, clean and conveniently located in Nimman with lots of restaurants, cafes, amenities around. Kannika was a great host, she was extremely responsive and friendly.

Noey and Kratai are very attentive, responsive and speedy reply. Clear instruction is given and always fulfil our request. 5 rooms with 5 toilets are great! Save time for preparation of 8 pax.

Very nice and tranquil place. You can hear the birds chirping in the morning and feel the sun on your face when you lay on the couch. The location is good, with most of the shops you would need in just a few minutes driving away. The place was clean and the airconditioning was good and pleasant. Overall great place to relax while still being close to the city, would stay again!

Our accommodation for the trip with 16 people was perfect. The place was incredibly spacious, providing ample room for everyone to relax and feel comfortable. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, creating the ideal setting for both group activities and peaceful moments of relaxation. The facilities were well-maintained and thoughtfully designed, ensuring a pleasant experience for all. Additionally, the host was incredibly helpful and attentive, providing excellent service and support throughout our stay. Overall, it exceeded our expectations and was the perfect choice for our trip.❤️

Tolani's place was perfect for our large group to all stay in one compound. street food started just around the corner and easy to hail a tuktuk or taxi from the main road. Ying the maid kept everything fresh and clean during the day and did a great job. would stay here again if I came back to Chiang Mai with a large group

We had a great stay at the villa (20ppx) . The villa is very nice and comfortable, room are specious and clean. Pool is amazing. The host and their staffs are very helpful and responsive. Will definitely be back.

This home and Fatima were beyond amazing! From the moment we arrived she was super welcoming! The location felt safe and was walkable to several places (they provide so many recommendations). The rooms are spacious and clean, the amenities were plentiful and Fatima is well connected, as we were able to order a bbq and massages at the villa ALL at a more than reasonable price. The staff ensured the villa stayed in pristine condition and even cleaned the pool again after a big storm to ensure we could still have our groups bbq/pool party. I cannot say enough good about this place!!!! They make you feel like family, were accommodating across the board and provided A+ service/accommodations at a great price point. I would say book it!!!!

Beautiful location near the mountains, very peaceful and overall a great place to unwind. We went in a group and loved how everyone got their own bedroom and bathroom suite allowing lots of space and privacy when needed.

What a great place for a big group. Lots of beds, space and fun little pool in a great location. Yes you can hear planes go over between 7am and 11pm but that would happen anywhere in the happening town of Nimman. The daily breakfast and clean doesn't happen anymore as per previous older reviews. Cleaner comes every 2nd day and does a great job. Would stay again.

Great stay had. Friendly from the start. The onsite staff helped with anything we needed and cleaned away all day without feeling like she was there. When asked she assisted and found the answer out for us or did what we asked. When messaging with the host it was always super quick and if we needed anything they went out of their way to assist. New owners have taken over recently and will be renovating and making things even nicer. Highly recommend.

บ้านใหญ่และกว้างขวางดีและใหม่มาก ของจริงสวยกว่าในรูปมากๆ สระว่ายน้ำกว้าง จอดรถในบริเวณบ้านได้หลายคัน ที่ตั้งเงียบสงบ มองไปรอบๆมีแต่สีเขียว ฮีลใจสุดๆ บริเวณรอบๆมีบ้านรวม8หลังที่ปล่อยเช่า แต่ไม่ได้รบกวนกัน และยังมีคนดูแลและรปภ.ด้วย รู้สึกปลอดภัยดี ไว้หากมีโอกาสมาเชียงใหม่ จะกลับมาพักอีกนะคะ

Great secluded spot just outside old town so very walkable. Lucy was fantastic- property manager that met our every needs. Nice for families all in one spot with private pool!

Our family of 10 absolutely enjoyed our stay here. The house is modern, spacious, clean, and came equipped with everything we need including a laundry machine and clothes drying area. It was a bit hard to find because GPS couldn’t accurately locate the home. We used the 7-Eleven’s address just down the street to get taxi/grab rides. The house is very close to One Nimman and Maya Mall. Tons of food and shopping options just minutes away. I hope to stay at this home the next time I visit Chiangmai. Дом с большим количеством дерева в тайском стиле очень уютный, ужинать в дворике на воздухе тоже очень приятно. Хозяин был супер заботлив и гостеприимен. На территории есть отличный массаж. Спасибо)

We had an awesome stay here — 11 people total in our group and it never felt cramped at all! Plenty of seating and tables and so many restrooms it was very comfortable. The 4 bedrooms are all located upstairs around a seating area, and the downstairs has lots of table space and a decent kitchen. Electronic access/no physical keys made it very easy for the group. The clothes washer dryer combo unit worked very well too. The house is a short walk to a 7-Eleven, which we used often and usually got rides to/from there so they could find us more easily. We would definitely stay here again!

Stayed 4 nights in total. House was as described on the pictures and the communication with Ploy was nice and easy! Would come back!

Great location with a ton of places to eat, coffee and massages all around. The place is super spacious a s great for bug family and groups of friends. Host is very helpful and responsive.

This apartment is truly a gem centrally located in walking distance to popular sights,shops,cafes...so spacious , well decorated and very cozy. Michael was an exceptional host so welcoming,friendly, and full of helpful tips.Thank you for having us.
