Great location!! You can just walk everywhere. Checking in was extremely straightforward and the host even cook me breakfast in which I’m very grateful for 🙏🙏

Amazing stay. I stayed here for my birthday. It's very spacious and has all of the amenities you need.

Pattama greeted us in person and gave us a tour of the house, making check-in smooth and welcoming. The house itself is a spacious four-story property, but note there’s no elevator, which can make carrying heavy luggage up the stairs a bit challenging. However, Pattama’s thoughtful touches, like leaving bread, butter, and tangerines for us, made the stay extra pleasant. The location is quiet yet conveniently close to everything you might need, with a large grocery store just a 5-minute walk away—perfect for grabbing snacks and drinks. Overall, a comfortable and well-located stay!

위치가 아주 좋았고, 직원분들이 무척 친절하셨어요! 가격이 저렴해서 별 기대없이 방문했던 숙소였는데 침대도 크고 아주 잘 쉬고 만족했습니다😊 짧게 머물러서 아쉬웠는데 다음엔 더 길게 있다오고싶어요!! 강추합니다.

lovely place in a good spot - far enough away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to walk everywhere. hosts were super responsive and made my stay very comfortable.

super schnelle und freundliche Kommunikation. bestes Preis Leistungsverhältnis am Rand der Innenstadt. man hört die Straße und den Wassertank, jedoch gibt es Ohropax und damit schläft man gut. haben die Zeit sehr genossen.

Five ensuite rooms on 5 separate floors in the one building. Felt like we had our own little hotel! Oum was an amazing host, fantastic communication and always willing to help out. The place had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Thanks so much!

We had a wonderful stay at Chiang Moi House. It’s in such a great location tucked outside of the hustle of the old city and great little spots to discover. We stayed in 2 rooms both comfy and suitable. All basic needs are met and cleaning is offered daily. The staff at the front desk are so nice they really made the stay that much better. We booked a tour for a day through then that was great. I would stay here again next time. If there’s a suggestion I can make it’s that they send a messenger via air bnb welcoming guests with the exact name of the place along with address and directions. It would go a long way helping arriving guests find the place easier.

The host family is so nice and friendly. They cook breakfast for me everyday, and sometimes even invite me to eat dinner together. And the host prepares a bike for me to discover around, and call me cars to pick me up and drop me off both at check in time and check out time. Meanwhile they speak fluent English, which easy to communicate.

A beautiful and quiet place, just a short 50-meter walk from the main street. The hosts are exceptionally friendly and service-minded. It’s very close to the lovely CMU park and charming streets with local markets and affordable restaurants serving great food. This area is ideal for those seeking a quieter stay away from the usual tourist spots. Note: For those on a workcation, the room lacks a work desk, but there are cafes and a co-working space nearby. A gaming cafe is also just 3-4 minutes away for enthusiasts.

The place is still great to stay. Bazar market is 10min walk away Sunday market is 10min walk to the square. The staff are friendly in the building. Breakfast is great. Clean place. Nick is always reachable great host. I have stayed here 4 times and I recommend this place to stay.

If you like Chiang Mai but you're not a fan of the noise - this place is ideal. The family make you feel like family and the breakfasts are amazing :) Be sure to rent your bike from them as well!
