Place is worth the price! Lots of stores that are still open even after 12AM

We are very satisfied at Eladia’s place. It met all our needs from the bathroom portable water heater and a separate room for a washer to wash our clothes. That’s a must. It has 2 bedrooms that accommodated our family. The location is very close to a lot of good restaurants, hospital, grocery store and public transportation. It is also a safe place to walk around even at night time. Eladia is very considerate and thoughtful of our situation due to family emergency. She is also very approachable with the assistance of her caretaker of the place.

The place is nice and spacious. Self check-in was very convenient. We enjoyed the activities that we can do inside (karaoke, ps4, card games, etc) and also took advantage of the public amenities. This is a walking distance from a mall and a food park, everything was easily accesible. Overall this is highly recommended and I would like to go back again.

Bella’s place was the perfect place to spend a layover in Manila! Close to the airport (with very clear instructions to get there), clean and comfy! Bella was a responsive and great host - would definitely stay again!

Nestor is friendly and meticulously gave us an orientation of his place. We enjoyed the night market and food trucks in the neighbourhood. Shang and Megamall are within walking distance and big dog friendly. The condo is also big dog friendly which is kinda rare in the neighbourhood. Thank you for letting us stay! We had a good time!

Homee Philippines was an excellent location for me and my girlfriend. 7 - 10 minute walk to the Greenbelt/Landmark area where you can find an array of different upscale outdoor restaurants, bars, and fine clothing. Overall, the apartment is very modern, with TV’s in both bedroom and living room, clean and a fabulous view of the city :)

短期間の滞在に必要なものは揃っていて、快適に過ごせました。 しかし、新しく購入されたものなのか、乾燥機の電源が繋がっておらず、設置場所がコンセントから離れていた為、重い乾燥機を移動させて使用するしか方法がなく不便だった。 キッチンも小さめなので、長期間滞在で料理する場合は少し不便かも知れない。 短期間の滞在の際は、また利用したいと思います。ありがとう。

Just as most of the reviews, this place really is a gem in the metro. My friends and I had a wonderful stay, chilling with each other, and the place really entices conversations between its visitors. The host and the caretaker are so hospitable and assistive to us, made clear instructions and made sure we had what we needed. Thanks again! Definitely a reco!

Very good for family or barkada bonding. The place is very spacious, no other houses nearby, ok to be a bit noisy. It was drizzling the entire weekend we we came, so the weather was really cool and the pool water was very cold. No heaters in the bathrooms which is understandable; and water pressure is not so strong so dont expect that showers will work (there are pails and dippers anyway), but the toilets work ok. The caretakers' house is nearby so expect a few people passing by every now and then. Kitchen and dining areas are spacious, complete and clean. No need for aircon, although maybe need to check during the intense summer months. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, no complaints from our side.

Located in one of the nicer areas of Metro Manila, this spot is perfect base for exploring the city. Very spacious and air conditioned interior is great for coming back after a long day to relax in.

The place is perfect and peaceful—ideal if you're looking for a quiet escape. It was also super clean and complete with everything you might need during your stay. The aircon works great and cools the entire space, which was perfect for the hot summer days. Just a tip: bring your own water and charcoal if you plan on grilling, since those aren’t provided. Booked the place in such a short notice—messaged the host 15 hrs prior to check in time; was pre-approved, then paid the rent an hour before check in time. All with ease and clear communication. The place is just as in the pictures provided. Rooms are big and have their own bathroom with heater. The nipa hut was clean and didn’t need a fan (although it was provided); it was very spacious. The pool has the same height in any area and may be a bit chlorinated but very understandable. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay. Will recommend this place with no hesitation.

We've stayed at this place several times already. The host is very responsive. We had a slight problem with the aircon for both rooms and the host was very quick to have it fixed. There's also now a foot massager which we appreciated so much. We'll be back for sure!!
