San Nicola Arcella: apartamentos para aluguel por temporada

La casa si trova a qualche minuto in auto da scario in una zona estremamente tranquilla e con una spelndida vista sul golfo di policastro. La casa è completa di tutto il necessario e Tonino e Lucia sono ospiti attenti e disponibili.

L'alloggio di Mirella é collocato in posizione comoda, ordinato e pulito. É inoltre fornito di tutto il necessario per un breve soggiorno. Mirella é stata molto disponibile e reattiva. In definitiva, molto consigliato.

Siamo stati molto bene a casa di Francesco. La casa è perfettamente rispondente alle foto pubblicate nell'annuncio. L'appartamento è grande e dotato di ogni confort, soprattutto ha una bella terrazza che si affaccia sul golfo di Policastro. La comunicazione con Francesco è stata ottima e sempre puntuale. In due parole: consiglio l'appartamento.

Esperienza stupenda in una terra che non conoscevo affatto! Consiglio a chiunque di visitare il Cilento, ma soprattutto di alloggiare nell'appartamento di Francois, host impeccabile e sempre disponibile per qualsiasi info utile. Oltre a Francois sottolineo la dolce presenza del nonno, che abita a piano terra, anche lui super disponibile e gentile. Immensamente grazie!

La casa è praticamente nuova, ad un passo dall'autostrada, la moglie di Franco ci ha accolto ed è stata gentilissima, pioveva a dirotto e ci ha pure dato l'ombrello, letti comodi, ben riscaldata e super doccia. Grazie per la gentilezza e disponibilità

Un soggiorno stupendo fronte mare, ideale per stare in coppia o con qualche amico per godersi un bel aperitivo sulla bella terrazza e andare nei dintorni. A 20/30 min di Macchina c’è Maratea, a solo 5’ Sapri, che offre tutto il necessario.

Het appartement van Karolina was helemaal nieuw en smaakvol ingericht. Het was van alle gemakken voorzien. De locatie van het appartement was ook goed: vlakbij het oude stadje en met uitzicht op zee. De communicatie met Karoline verliep prettig. Dank voor het verblijf in je fijne appartement, Karolina!

Le logement de Nicola a une vue superbe sur la baie de Maratea et est très grand pour une famille. Les terrasses extérieures sont très agréables à différents moments de la journée. Nicola a été généreux en nous offrant de quoi faire un premier repas, et des médicaments alors que je souffrais de mon genou.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt bei Massimo. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön in Vibonati, einem kleinen Dort nahe Sapri, gelegen. Es ist sehr ruhig und man ist schnell in der wunderschönen Natur. Ebenso schnell ist man in Sapri und an der Küste. Die Menschen hier sind sehr nett und freundlich - besonders empfehlen wir das Restaurant "La Paisa", ein wunderschönes Restaurant mit einer hervorragenden Küchenchefin! Die Unterkunft ist nicht sehr groß, aber war makellos und sauber. Massimo war sehr zuvorkommend und hat immer schnell reagiert. Der Check-In sowie Check-Out war unkompliziert. Wir würden jedem empfehlen hier Urlaub zu machen und zu entspannen.

My family and I enjoyed the stay at this apartment. It is located in a lovely village with the beautiful sea view and the beach nearby. Even if we didn’t met Anton personally, he did everything to make our stay comfortable with a very quick communication to all my questions. Definitely recommend you this place for a family vacation

Accolti dalla gentilissima Marianna, dandoci informazioni utili e dettagliate x un buon soggiorno. Il delizioso bilocale immerso nel verde è ampio(x 3 persone) spazioso e fresco; terrazzino comodo, peccato per la folta vegetazione che lascia intravedere il mare. Bagno quasi perfetto, un poco piccola la doccia, ma tutto funzionante. Letti comodi x dormite quasi tranquille (il fugace passaggio del treno). Necessaria l auto x qualsiasi spostamento , ma se si è buoni camminatori si può fare spesa al paesino fiumicello e arrivare nella graziosa omonima spiaggia. Maratea centro dista circa 5 km(tutti in salita) Ringraziamo tanto Marianna e la sua famiglia x disponibilità e gentilezza.

Giuseppe (ma anche la signora Gemma :) !!!) Host impeccabile per disponibilità e gentilezza. Si è interessato al nostro soggiorno per tutta la durata e considerando che nello stesso periodo anche lui era in vacanza con la famiglia, abbiamo trovato la sua cordialità dote d'altri tempi! Grazie! Tempi di risposta eccezionali! A tutti coloro che non conoscono il Borgo di Torterella: non attendete oltre! ;) Noi ci siamo promessi di ritornare. Abbiamo macinato 778 km in 12 giorni, godendo delle meraviglie di Sapri, Scario, Palinuro, Policastro, Maratea, Marina di Camerota, Marina di Pisciotta e del Parco Nazionale del Cilento (cascate Capelli di Venere, una bellezza da ammirare dal vivo) ed il Borgo come base: iniziare la giornata in quel posto è fantastico, ma finirla, beh... semplicemente divino! Pace e serenità su tutto! Attenzione: questa recensione non è adatta a chi si aspetta di trovare mare e vita mondana a "portata di capriccio"! Ed ora che l'abbiamo conosciuto, lo possiamo dire: che Mondo sarebbe senza Tortorella? ;)

Die Wohnung von Annamaria hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es gibt 2 große Schlafräume und ein großes Badezimmer. Wohnbereich ist sehr groß. Das Schlafsofa ist aber leider am besten nur für Kinder. Eventuell könnten man es neu kaufen. Aber sonst war alles top. Annamaria war immer sofort für uns erreichbar und hat alles top gemacht. Scario ist ein toller kleiner Ort.

Appartamento molto confortevole, ampi spazi, curato, con tutto l'occorrente e di più. Presenti molte comodità e la possibilità di stare in terrazza gustando un panorama da favola. Graditissimi alcuni prodotti di prima necessità fatti trovare all'arrivo. Vista incantevole, e terrazza meravigliosa. Posto auto agevole e comodo. Si respira tranquillità. Todd molto preciso e corretto. Grazie mille !!

Appartamento adeguato per due persone nuovo ben arredato e pulitissimo con posto auto privato. I proprietari due persone stupende e molto disponibili . Abbiamo passato una stupenda vacanza

My stay in Sapri was fantastic! The accommodation was amazing and so close to the beach! We had space to park outside on the street too. The accommodation was air conditioned which was so useful in the heat. Close to shops and restaurants. A spacious apartment with everything you could need. The host was so helpful and I cannot thank them enough for the kindness and hospitality they showed. Highly recommended!

Tonino volt a házigazdánk, aki egy igazi úriember. Nagyon kedves volt velünk és a gyerekeinkkel. Örülünk, hogy megismertük. A vasútállomásra kijött elénk az autójával és elszállított a szálláshelyre, ami nagyon közel van az állomáshoz. A lakás nagy és tágas, kifogástalanul tiszta és jól felszerelet. Kaptunk extra törölközőt, extra ágyneműt, napernyőt a strandra. A konyhában minden szükséges konyhai eszköz megtalálható. Tonino rendszeresen érdeklődött, hogy segíthet-e valamiben. Könnyen el lehetett őt érni telefonon és AirBnB-n keresztül. A szomszédok nagyon kedvesek és segítőkészek. A ház, amelyben a lakás található kultúrált, tiszta, rendezett. Az apartmant nem kellett nagyon korán elhagyni, ebben a házigazda rugalmas volt. Sapri csodálatos, az olasz emberek kedvesek, jól éreztük magunkat a kislányainkkal.

Wir waren zu zweit mit Baby unterwegs und haben uns außerordentlich wohl gefühlt. Maria war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Dorf ist wirklich wunderbar gelegen und im Frühling Sommer sicherlich perfekt für zahlreiche Tageswanderungen oder mit dem Auto ans Meer. Bar, Marcellaria, Pizzeria, Alimentari alles vorhanden. Bei Sonnenschein hat man ein wunderbaren Blick bis an die Küste und ganz manchmal wohl bis Lipari. Die Gemeinde Tortorella ist allgemein super gastfreundlich und wenn man will kann man sich sogar hausgemachtes Essen in die Unterkunft bringen lassen. Wir hatten trotz Winter wirklich schöne und gemütliche Tage. Maria war jederzeit ansprechbar bezüglich Fragen Tips etc. Man merkt, dass ihr der Ort selbst am Herzen liegt.

Serena’s place is really magnificent and special. The welcoming was great, Serena even helped us take our luggage uphill in her car. The medieval village lies in a beautiful, peaceful unadulterated nature and the apartment is a testimony of the couple’s art and travels, very charming. It perfectly equipped and has a beautiful terrace with a view. We would recommend to all nature lovers and those who are fond of creative places.

Geräumige und praktische Wohnung, direkt im Zentrum und dennoch ruhig. Ernesto ist ein sehr netter, gastfreundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Praia ist ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt, da vom naheliegenden Bahnhof andere Orte und schöne Buchten mit dem Zug einfach und günstig zu erreichen sind. Ende Mai war dass Wasser schon warm und angenehm. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

We really enjoyed staying at Villa Venezuela. Sandro checked on us during our stay and also left us a welcome basket which was very kind and appreciated. From the covered balcony you can see the mountains with an unobstructed view of the Maratea Christ Redeemer Statue and on the other side are beautiful sea views. The sunsets are spectacular! The villa is within walking distance (280 m) to a great little coffee shop, Amadeus Lounge Bar, where we had an aperitif and cappuccino. The road is busy but we were not too bothered by it. The house is large and comfortably appointed. We did go to Fiumicello Beach and the Marina but unlike other reviewers we would not recommend walking to either. The roads are very narrow, without sidewalks and are quite busy with traffic and busses. Both had free parking available. We would definitely stay there again.

We had a fabulous 5 nights at Villa Ivonne. The view on the balcony is one of the best in San Nicola Arcella and Paolo and Sandra are truly the best. We arrived in the evening and we were received with cold Prosecco, then Sandra cooked dinner for us based on our preferences. We weren't expecting such welcoming and nice hosts. The few months of Duolingo were worth it, we were able to hold some basic conversation in Italian. The apartment is clean and we were lucky because the air conditioning was just installed the days before. There are lots of dishes and plates available of really nice quality and there are interesting objects and photos on display. The Internet works well. The 5 nights went by too fast. We would like to come again and see the sea throughout the seasons. I recommend exploring the coast on both sides of San Nicola. We were lucky to see octopi, one nudibranch, sea centipedes, sea stars and gorgonians while freediving. Of course, the Arcomagno is superb too.
