We were in town for a Spartan race and this property was conveniently located near the venue. It was easy to find and we found three different restaurants nearby that we enjoyed. We didn't have much time to spend in the area, the slept well and felt quite comfortable when we were in the house.

Host has great communication. Really great! We rented this home for some of the guys on our work crew doing a project in town and they had nothing. But good comments about the home. You have to text the host when you get there to check in and receive further access information which is kind of inconvenient but the hosts response time is extremely quick so it worked out well. Would definitely recommend. Thank you Karlie for such a great experience.

My second time staying here and I will be back again. Lisa goes above and beyond every time, leaves personal things for us and the house is so clean and beautiful. I just love it, it’s a home away from home

This home was perfect. It was spacious and had all the necessities of home. Ally was a wonderful host. She was very responsive and extremely helpful. This home more than served the purpose for our visit. Everyone had their own space. Own king/queen sized bed and own bathroom. We stayed for 4 weeks, plenty of towels, linen, basic cleaning needs. We were in need of temporary housing due to a flood in our home in LA, so we decided to head to Ripon for the holidays to be near family. Randi’s place was perfect for our needs and exceeded all of our expectations. Everything was meticulously maintained and clean. All of the furniture and linens were very high quality and comfortable. The house smelled and looked brand new on the inside and out. Randi was a great host and checking in and out was easy. My kids appreciated that there was a toy box with toys, books, and games in the “kid room.” The home was very spacious and the neighborhood was quiet and serene, with a cute coffee shop and a few restaurants across the street for our convenience. I’d give ten stars if I could. We loved our visit and will absolutely come back the next time we visit family in Ripon!

I'm a traveler in the medical field and stay at a lot of Airbnbs. Stephen's condo was wonderful! Close to several grocery stores and restaurants and the neighborhood is very safe. Lots of space, great kitchen, and a super comfy bed. Definitely would stay here again.
