Beautiful place with a great view! Extremely clean. Communication was excellent every step of the way. Key features- parking & rooftop pool. Did not disappoint! Security at front desk was helpful & welcoming. Excellent experience!

After surviving the Eaton Canyon fire, I needed a place where I could decompress from the chaos and destruction. Being able to stay with family and friends following the event was a blessing, but I needed a place of my own to truly begin the healing process. I saw this listing and knew this was the place for me. The Monrovia location kept me close to my home while it is being repaired. The AirBnB's four units make for a quiet living experience and the fact that it is 2 blocks from Old Town Monrovia is the icing on the cake. This residential neighborhood is very walkable as experienced by the modest pedestrian street activity. Richard is the perfect host! When I I have a question or something in the unit needs to be addressed, Richard has immediately responded and satisfactorily solved the issue. I've resided in two of the units and both have been clean and excellently furnished. This place has helped me on my road back to normalcy! Thank you, Richard!

Dream은 매우 친절했고 질문에 대한 응답 속도도 빠릅니다. 숙소 역시 사진과 똑같습니다! 세탁기, 건조기, 수건 등등 다 있습니다. 위치도 관광 중심지에서는 멀지만 평화롭고 깨끗하며 도보로 이동 가능한 상점들이 많아서 좋았어요. 다만 숙소 사진에서 잘 보여지지 않았지만 샤워기는 벽에 위쪽에 고정되어 있습니다(물론 방향변경은 가능해요). 그리고 수압이 생각보다 약해서 아쉬웠습니다. 방문 당시 요리용 오일이나 양념류?들이 잘 갖춰져있지 않아서 아쉬웠습니다. 또한 부엌 환풍기가 없다보니 요리하다 태우거나 연기가 많이나면 경보가 울려요.(이건 경보기 수건으로 열심히 부채질 해주면 해결 됩니다ㅎㅎ) 덕분에 첫 la 여행을 편안하고 안전하게 즐기다 갔습니다.

Квартира чистая ухоженная. Все есть для комфортного проживания. Большая и светлая ванная, удобная кровать. Классный балкон, можно полюбоваться закатом. Быстрый вай фай. Большое спасибо за теплый прием.

Nos gustó mucho el lugar de Anthony, zona tranquila y linda. Además la entrada de muy fácil acceso, al igual que el check out, está limpio, la cocina equipada y el baño también. Sin duda volveré a buscar hospedarme ahí cuando me encuentre por la zona.

My family loved this Airbnb! The home was VERY clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed to make dinner and coffee in the morning. The yard is huge and our one dog enjoyed it very much. It's also in a great location, close to many different restaurants, grocery stores and shopping.

We loved the house! As my 6-year-old nephew said, ‘The bed is sooo cozy.’ The only downside was a bad smell coming from the kitchen—like a gas smell, or it might have been the cleaning products used. We opened the windows and closed them when we left, but the smell lingered. Other than that, it was a great location, and everything was as described. I asked if I could bring another child, and Ivy happily said yes. I didn’t end up bringing him, but I’m glad it wouldn’t have been a problem. We would definitely stayed at the house again. The check-in was super clear. Thank you for opening your home to us.

My friends and I had a concert in LA and also went to Disneyland for a day and were looking for an airbnb that would suit 5 people and our two pets (our dog and bunny). Troy’s airbnb is in a wonderful and safe area with everything being walking distances with some great cafes and restaurants close by. We felt right at home being there. His homes is as it’s described in his description although we thought the backyard/patio was closed and private but we still managed with our pets there. I would absolutely recommend Troy’s place if visiting LA.

Flora's place was perfectly for our cross-generational family of 7. It was convenient to a nearby hotel with a Starbucks and other grocery stores, etc. The place was clean and fairly well-stocked. Flora, in particular, was very responsive to all of our needs and communicated really well with us about small, normal issues we had. All in all - it was a nice stay!

Tayla’s property is beautifully styled and features a well-equipped kitchen that makes it feel like a true home away from home. The free parking is a great perk as well. Contrary to a previous review, we didn’t experience any noise from the highway while inside the house, ensuring a peaceful and comfortable stay.

Brandon's place was very nice. The apartment itself exceeded expectations. Immaculate and well stocked kitchen made cooking very easy. The bed is firm -- about an 8 out of 10. I personally love a firm bed and found it to be very comfortable. Another thing to note is that the area is very noisy and dangerous with mentally ill drug addicts everywhere. I was followed by two sketchy individuals on Friday morning at 7 a.m. into the CVS as they attempted to box me in and trap me in an aisle. Luckily I have street smarts and am very aware of my surroundings and was able to escape, others might not have been so lucky. Note I am a 6 foot tall muscular male, usually not someone's first target. Also note, CA has effectively criminalized self-defense much like NY has, so fleeing is your only option. None of this is Brandon's fault, of course. Just pointing it out for those not aware of the area. Overall a great stay if one stays inside the bldg and runs out to jump into an Uber.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, anfangs bisschen schwierig zu finden aber wahrscheinlich lag dies an mir. Der Herr in der Lobby war super freundlich ebenso wie die Gastgeber sehr gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet was wir gebraucht haben zu dem war die Aussicht, bei Sonnenuntergang wunderschön. Mann konnte auch das Telefon mit dem Fernseh verbinden und seine eigenen Serien schauen. Leider hat Los Angeles selber uns nicht so beeindruckt vor allem Down Town war ziemlich runtergekommen und viele Obdachlose, vielleicht für andere normaler als für uns aus der Schweiz. Jedoch ist Beverly Hills etc mit dem Fahrzeug von der Wohnung schnell erreichbar. Einfach toll Danke euch für die Gastfreundschaft.

We really loved Ali's place! The space was beautiful and spacious! Me and hubby came out to celebrate our anniversary and we wanted something unforgettable and this place delivered and exceeded our expectations! The apartment is right above some amazing bars and a little cute convenience store! It's walking distance to a lot of different fun bars, shopping and galleries. We were able to walk to the fashion district and shop/eat. Thank you Ali for everything! I will definitely be staying again!

Ich hatte das Vergnügen, kürzlich in der in Los Angeles zu übernachten, und ich kann nur Positives berichten! Die Lage ist einfach perfekt! Die Unterkunft war tadellos sauber und ordentlich. Es war offensichtlich, dass sehr viel Wert auf Hygiene gelegt wird. Die Ausstattung war hervorragend. Ich hatte ein geräumiges Zimmer mit einem bequemen Bett, einer gut ausgestatteten Küche und einem modernen Badezimmer. Besonders gefallen hat mir der große Fernseher und das kostenlose WLAN, was dazu beigetragen hat, dass ich mich wie zu Hause fühlte. Für die Qualität, die ich erhalten habe, war der Preis mehr als fair. Die Zimmerpreise sind angesichts der Lage und der gebotenen Annehmlichkeiten sehr wettbewerbsfähig. Zusammenfassend kann ich Unterkunft jedem empfehlen, der Los Angeles besuchen möchte. Ich freue mich bereits auf meinen nächsten Aufenthalt!

A truly flawless stay. So clean I could have been the first guest. Chic modern design. Cozy bed. Excellent communication throughout. The building was safe and secure in a neighborhood that is sometimes off-putting, but this block was the nicest of downtown and easy to walk to many restaurants and bars.

Fantastic location, right in Downtown Pasadena and about two blocks from CalTech. Lots of great restaurants and cafes within a few blocks walk. (Uovo is fantastic for dinner. They don't take reservations so be prepared to wait for a while, but it's worth it.) The apartment is very clean and comfortable but is probably also due for a refresh. The availability of parking is handy, too.

The place was very clean, very well laid out and homey, lots of closet space, and I can't say enough about how well-stocked the house was! Plenty of kitchen supplies - everything you could ever need - as well as cleaning supplies, plenty of towels, even extra toilet paper and tissues if you ran out. Office area was a great place to sit and put on my make-up and dry my hair (using the portable make up mirror provided in the bathroom) while my husband showered! Eric was very responsive to any questions. Easy check-in and check out. We would definitely stay again if in the area.
