My weeklong stay at Dan's was wonderful. He was the perfect host - provided clear instructions for everything in the home, responded quickly to messages and made sure I had a comfortable stay. The self check-in/out process was very easy. The house itself is lovely - spacious, cozy and comfortable. There is a gorgeous view from all 3 floors. Note that the upstairs master bedroom doesn't have blinds covering the windows, so if you need to sleep in complete darkness, be sure to bring an eye mask (lots of city lights). I got used to this and it was so nice waking up with the sunrise and falling asleep to the view of the city at night. Various birds also stopped by outside the windows - hawks, ravens & hummingbirds. The neighborhood is beautiful, peaceful, safe and quiet. The home is a 15-30 min walk to various parks where you can feel close to nature (highly recommend Glen Canyon Park). Lots of good food, shops and cafes in nearby Noe Valley and Glen Park (20-25 min walk) - keep in mind you'd have to walk uphill to get back. There is easy, free all day parking out front should you need it. It was really nice having central heating and access to a washer and dryer as well. Overall a wonderful stay!

Great place, very spacious and very clean. Tom was a great host and was very responsive to our inquiries, including responding quickly at 12:30 in the morning when our parking space was blocked. We really appreciate his hospitality and hope to rent from him again in the future.

Second time staying here, it's in a safe location and the place was big. Parking was convenient too! Would recommend!!

A beautiful and eclectic San Franciscan home. We felt like we were staying at a friend's house. Home from home, we felt very comfortable and safe. Heidi's home really served its purpose, it gave us the flexibility we were looking for. Highly recommend a stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Selma’s place, and it was an exceptional experience. The room was bright, impeccably clean, and offered stunning views of San Francisco and Mt. Tamalpais. The full-size bed was comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. Having a private full bathroom was a great convenience, and the free carport made parking hassle-free. Selma was welcoming and attentive, making sure all my needs were met. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a peaceful stay with beautiful views.

This delightful San Francisco abode was ideal for my sojourn ... location, location with genuine "vibes" for vibrant experiences! Thoughtful details e.g. water, fruit & snacks etc. ... enhanced my hospitable welcome :-) Reservoirs of "good will" recharged again with travel inspiration ... thx for this treat!

Sharing Wesley space was a great experience as he is enthusiastic about receiving and meeting people. Was an opportunity to connect to others great people as Wesley is popular around and share great food, wines and laughs and discovers the places around where there are good vibs.

The check-in went very smoothly. Host was extremely accommodating with a flexible check-in time which we greatly appreciated. We had issues at first with Wi-Fi but the host was extremely proactive about getting the matter fixed expeditiously. Overall satisfied with the space.

Lyle’s place was just as described. A quiet and comfortable place with the lovely deck as a bonus. It was clean, cozy and right around the corner from lots of restaurants and shops. Great neighborhood for walking around and exploring. It’s well connected to the rest of the city with several regular bus routes just a block or two away. Lyle was good about checking in to make sure everything was going well and quick to respond. He also allowed me to stay a bit later in the day which was helpful with my departure.

My friends and I were going to OutsideLands music festival and wanted to stay in an area close to Golden Gate Park. Aaron’s place was in the perfect location. You can easily take the Muni and venture out, but his home was walking distance towards so many restaurants. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Aaron is extremely sweet and accommodating to any needs you may have. I loved the home! It was warm and inviting. I’d more than likely stay here again. If I could rate 100 stars on this thing, I would.

My partner and I had a very nice restful stay! Our room and the shared spaces were clean and organized. The other guests were also nice and respectful. Our bedroom walls were thin, so you can hear quite a bit if guests are passing through the halls. But, it wasn’t a problem once people were in their rooms as we couldn’t hear much else. 10/10 would recommend

Albert was a great host. We enjoyed the spacious, beautiful first floor apartment. The house was stocked with everything we needed and the parking was never a problem. We easily got street parking. Having an in unit washer/dryer along with two beautiful full bathrooms was perfect for my family. We also rented a high chair which was very convenient. We would stay there again.

I came from India for a 8 night trip and this became my home. I was in the cable room. It had a working desk and a nice walk in closet on the first floor. Pac heights is a great locality; probably the best in SF. Down you have a Chinese restaurant, a Japanese restaurant close by , and a great breakfast place. It's 10-15 mins by Uber to SoMA, Fisherman Warf, 20 mins to Mission and 30 mins roughly to the airport. Public transport is also close by. I think the only downside is you don't get to interact with people here and no elevator😅 specially if you are coming from Asia that could be weird. Rooms don't have attached washroom so couples be careful but the common washrooms are just outside. I was solo traveling so I was cool. The skydeck on top is lovely. Place was super clean. Kitchen had everything needed. I had a blast. I miss it already 😞. Can't wait to be back.
