We are located on 3 acres of Sam Rayburn waterfront, in a small compound with our home, an Airbnb cabin and the Mini Loft camper. See pics for floor plan and exterior space. Please note, the bed is in the loft, the sleeping area is not full height. Although this bnb is not waterfront, you will have complete access to the lake from the property. Multiple boat ramps are minutes away. Current lake level lower than normal.
