Heaven on earth! We spent a week here and wish we could have stayed longer! My husband fished from the back yard and there were several ponds between 10 and 30 min away (Hyde and Hayden) that he fished and kept/cooked rainbow trout. Carly was such an amazing host- exceeded our expectations! Extremely responsive and treated us like family. So much to do. North is Salmon don’t miss the Lewis and Clark Byway and the Goldbug Hot Springs and south was the Bayhorse ghost town which we enjoyed. I read by the river every day and enjoyed seeing the bunnies and deer that roamed the property. My husband worked during the week and the internet worked great. Carly, thanks for everything and we hope to be back soon!!

Such a beautiful place to stay, very homey and peaceful. It was perfect for a relaxing stay and had beautiful scenery. I would definitely stay here again :)

What a beautiful and relaxing space. The kitchen was so well stocked and a joy to cook in. The laundry facility was an excellent plus! Stephen and Linda were wonderful and even let us know to watch for the elk across the river in the evening. As far as location, on the river and so close to the Goldbug hot springs, it was perfect!

We had a lovely family holiday at Melanie’s home in beautiful Salmon, ID. The property is situated in a great walkable neighborhood with mountain beauty surrounding you. Deer were grazing in the fields across the street. We took a walk and everyone we encountered gave us a friendly waive. The space was like visiting Grandma’s house… warm welcoming pie-in-the-oven space, with comfy beds and linens just waiting for you to visit with your family. Lots of toys and books for the kids, a pack n play, kid dishes, sippy cups, & spoons. The photos and listing were 100% accurate to real life, except the kitchen / dining Living space, which was off the charts fantastic! This is the nicest, most well equipped kitchen we’ve ever seen - better than mine at home. Melanie was a great host, very responsive. Overall a standout home in Salmon, ID.

LaVerne went out of her way to make our stay perfect. We were celebrating my Daughter’s winter wedding at the Sacajawea Cultural Center and reception at the Elks Lodge. LaVerne’s home offered a peaceful and calm retreat at the end of each frenzied day. The very large kitchen was fully stocked with every gadget needed. We made wonderful meals and relaxed looking out to the stunning snow covered mountains. We all enjoyed the super comfy beds and woke up each morning refreshed. I now know why my Daughter chose to put down roots in Salmon. The hospitality from everyone in town and especially LaVerne was so genuine. It really touched us all so very much. They say that we walk among Angels… well LaVerne has to be one because we were all blessed. So Grateful.🙏🏻

A cute and relaxing place to stay in Salmon. We stayed with two kids The two twin beds were perfect for them. The amenities were very thorough and thoughtful for guests. We had a great time adventuring and this was a great place to recharge between activities. We hope to do it again sometime. Thanks!

We loved our stay! The home is beautiful, comfortable, felt right at home.

Great little place right in the middle of town. We walked to food and places along Main Street. Very clean and small space made to feel comfortable. Very impressive bathroom. Sue (host) was amazing. Very responsive and helpful. Definitely recommend!

Unbelievably welcoming stay at Heron House! We felt right at home at Keri’s place. She definitely has a knack for hosting, as she’s thought of every amenity to make you feel comfortable. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Very clean and well-maintained rental. We may have to do a drive by later in the season just to admire her beautiful landscaping in bloom, too! Thank you again, Keri!

Stayed at the Traveler for a month, it was great - convenient location just outside of town. Very clean with everything needed for a longer stay. Lots of nice touches that really made it feel like home. Highly recommend!
