The lake and a boutique winery are a few minutes drive and the restaurants and activities of Salmon Arm are only a short drive. Relax and enjoy the view and amazing quiet. Dining table w/ room for 4. Modern bathroom with newly installed shower. Separate bedroom provides a Queen bed. Free parking with room for 1 vehicle. Amenites include: keyless entry, wifi, lots of movies & board games provided. As this is a basement suite and we live upstairs, you will hear us and our dogs at times.

Private daylight basement suite with a private entrance and small patio area. Our home is centrally located in beautiful Salmon Arm. We are about a 15 minute drive to the public beach and 5 minutes to the downtown shopping area. If you're interested in walking it is about a 15 minute walk to the College, Recreation Center, and Jungle Mania (3 min drive). This is a family home located in a family oriented neighborhood with a small community feel and friendly atmosphere.

Come enjoy country living 5 minutes from the city! Take in our spacious beautiful views of Mt. Ida and Salmon River Valley and acres of farm fields. We are just a short 5 minute drive into Salmon Arm. There is a nearby walking/bike path that takes you right into town. The beautiful Margaret Falls is only a 25 minute drive. Our home is situated on 2 acres with no neighbours on either side for plenty of privacy. Enjoy a relaxing morning coffee on your own private deck.
