If you are looking for a place to rest, relax and reset your mind this is the place for you. Pajaro Dunes is a wonderful location to walk along the beach just steps away from the condo. It’s very peaceful and the resort grounds are clean. Soojin is a wonderful host and her condo was more than we could have asked for. Very clean, modern decor and the amenities provided were very well thought of especially in the kitchen and in the bathrooms. Beach amenities were provided as well. We hope to return and bring our family and friends to join us next time around.

The property was advertised. The location was perfect and a 5 minute walk to the beach. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to cook, granted you bring all of the ingredients needed to cook. The views were perfect, and the patio area was huge compared to the other units. Check in was super simple as was check out. I will definitely be back.

Great place, comfy, and felt like a home. The location was easily accessible to major roadways which made driving very easy. With a host who was very responsive and clear, there was nothing else that I would ask for out of a vacation stay.

Beautiful property with unbeatable views. We loved sitting out on the deck and looking out at the ocean. The fireplace was awesome too. The location, parking, and amenities were all convenient and as described.

I had an extended stay here and it went great- host is extremely responsive and kind. The unit can be a bit loud because it is in a lively location. Apartment needs some upgrades- slow tv, kitchen fixes, couch cleaning, but otherwise was a good place to stay in San Jose.

We had a great time here! Clean, great location, and comfortable. Spent a few days here with my little kids because our place was getting painted, and we all had a great time. Short walk for beach and pool, park right next door, and a beautiful view from the living room. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Aptos.

The location of the apartment is awesome. We really enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and excellent view of the beach and ocean. Sleeping with the sound of the ocean waves was such a gift. Patti is lovely and kind with her communications. We did have some issues with the shower and bath sink in one of the bathrooms. We also wished we had paid attention to what was not listed in terms of provisions. For example, you’d have to bring your own coffee, teas, paper towels, and bathroom hand soaps (although napkins and bath soap bars were provided). Overall, a beautiful home at a great location with potentials for some minor improvements which I understand Patti will address in good spirit.

Everything was great! The unit had everything you could possibly need for a trip (stocked bathroom, stocked kitchen, tons of extra towels and blankets). The neighborhood was also very quiet, which was great because we're light sleepers. I would definitely recommend this spot and would stay again.

Great location. We had one of our office guests stayed at the place. He felt very comfortable with the location. The local vibe of Willow Glen is really hidden jewel in San Jose area and 5 min drive to San Jose downtown. Thank you!

Setting is in a more urban residential area. Still, it was quiet and private. I appreciated the proximity to family I was visiting. Thank you for making this comfortable location available. Rick

It was a great 2 week stay. Every day essentials were provided which was great for my hubby who travels around California for work. Loved the outdoor area to hang out after work and enjoy some outdoor quiet time.

We stayed 2 weeks at Irene and Gary’s and it was perfect for us. The guest suite was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The large outdoor patio was also nice. The location felt private and very safe, and was central to all of the places we wanted to visit (Monterey, Big Sur, Santa Cruz, and Gilroy was a nice surprise). Irene and Gary were great hosts- very friendly and responsive. We would definitely stay again.

We had a lovely stay for almost 3 months -- 2 people and a small dog. It was a very good value. I want to call out the hosts for being very responsive and friendly. I highly recommend them. The review by "Volkan" in October 2024 is very accurate and detailed. There are some cautions to be aware of, but nothing caused significant problems for us. I worked from the bedroom several days, and bought electrical adapters from Home Depot to deal with the wiring. Nearby Henry Schmidt Park was a fun place to take the dog. Neighbors were friendly.

Joanne and Nicole’s apartment was very spacious, and both David and I had more than enough room to relax and enjoy our time. The home theater was such a special treat, and we really appreciated the helpful information they provided about nearby restaurants. On top of that, they generously left snacks and even pasta sauce for us, which made us feel very welcomed. The outdoor hot tub was warm, clean, and incredibly cozy, making our stay even more relaxing. The instructions they gave were very clear and easy to follow, which helped everything go smoothly from the moment we arrived. They also placed a very easy-to-understand guidebook inside the apartment, so we could quickly find anything we needed without any confusion. Thanks to their thoughtful setup and care, we were able to fully relax and enjoy a slow and peaceful two-night, three-day stay.

We spent several nights in David’s condo, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. I had kind and timely communication with David even before our arrival, and the condo itself was just perfect. The pictures don’t do it justice, it is in a very peaceful, private area and closer to the water than expected. Breathing the ocean air and the sound of waves is so healing. I watched humpback whales breach and dolphins feeding, it was very pleasant to have pelicans flying right past as well. The sunsets were beautiful and it was such excellent viewing at any time of day with 2 deck levels to choose from. You can view the coast from Santa Cruz all the way down to Monterey! The condo is tastefully decorated and spacious, and the beds were extremely comfortable with cozy quilts and pillows. There are comfy throws for your lap and many other homey touches. The condo has so many dishes and pots and pans it’s easy to cook a meal. I can’t wait to stay there again. Thank you David!

We absolutely loved our stay at Kristina’s condo! The place was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Kristina was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout, which made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend this Airbnb – we’d definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful weekend at this lovely home! The house was very clean and well-maintained, and it’s located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood that made for a relaxing stay. It’s just a short walk to the beach, which was super convenient. One of the highlights was the amazing view of the ocean right from the house absolutely stunning. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

We loved our Airbnb at The Sanctuary. It had a beautiful view of the ocean. Beautiful grounds. We had the playground and pool within eyesight. The condo was very clean, had all the essentials for staying. Rooms and bathrooms were good size. Loved the fireplace. Very nice facility. Unfortunately we didn’t get to utilize the facility to its full capacity due to a storm blowing out the power for 24 hours. Tim was really understanding about the circumstances and was very responsive and accommodating to our needs which we immensely appreciated. We definitely will be back for a redo. Highly recommend.

Staying at Seascape was the perfect kid-friendly vacation. The pool was easy to access from our condo and the views were beautiful. The condo's set-up with two bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs and a half bath downstairs was great for our family of 5. The private beach was beautiful - we saw otters, whales, and my son found two perfect sand dollars walking down the beach. It was a little bit of a trek to get down to the beach with three little kids and all the beach gear, but once we were there no one wanted to leave. Several near-by restaurants were delicious, especially the newly opened Dos Pescados. It was fairly easy to get into Santa Cruz too, but we did have to time traffic or it would double the drive time (to almost 45 minutes).

This is a special place in a great location; perfect home base for exploring Big Sur, Carmel, Monterey, Capitola, and Santa Cruz!! The grounds are immaculate and the staff onsite offer friendly support. The unit has everything you need in the kitchen and there are lots of sleeping options. GREAT restaurant and bar onsite! But that’s the only place to eat that’s walkable. So we used the BBQ grill for one night, which was clean and in good shape! Enjoyed cooking outside and eating at the private patio table. Hot tub and pool super clean and well kept! Was nice! Come here to relax, recharge, watch sunsets on the beach and adventure around the many beautiful nearby destinations!!

This place was truly a gem! The wall of windows and the balcony to watch the ocean is perfection. We even saw a few seals from the balcony! The condo is clean, comfortable, and spacious. Well set up for relaxing! We felt at home- it is well appointed with everything you could need with instructions on where to find things. The location was perfect- within steps of the beach and great restaurants, easy drive to Monterey, Santa Cruz, etc. A new favorite spot for us to visit! Thanks for the hospitality!
