Parking is off-road with additional space for trailer storage by separate arrangement/cost. The room is equipped with a small kitchenette and an en-suite with shower. This one-bedroomed, studio-styled property – recently decorated in Susie Watson’s Swedish Grey - is situated in a prime position overlooking the superb views of Salcombe Harbour. With comfortable homely qualities to its décor and tastefully chosen soft furnishings using gorgeous, patterned fabrics, it is a wonderful place to holiday and fully unwind in its warm embrace.

Blackberry Cottage is a 300 year old cottage which we have lovingly refurbished into a beautiful cottage for modern living. The spaces are light and airy, the kitchen is south facing and has bifold doors leading out to the patio and garden, bringing the outside in. Blackberry cottage is available on a weekly basis during the school holidays with changeover day being a Friday. Outside school holidays the cottage is available for 3 night minimum stays for your perfect seaside escape.

North Barn is an 18th century stone building, bursting with character, set on the banks of the River Dart. Originally a corn collection point, North Barn has been renovated to a beautiful, romantic ‘one-room-living’ self-catering space.
