Linden Lea boasts a spacious kitchen with large dining table and a comfortable lounge, a perfect place for a get together with family and friends. The sliding doors off the kitchen lead on to a decked balcony with comfortable seating and a fire pit. The large, lawned garden with stream is perfect for children and dogs to play and explore.

Tressa. Beautiful shepherds hut. Village location.

Tressa is a brand new shepherds hut located in the heart of st Merryn and a short drive from the beautiful seven bays. Consisting of a cosy one double bedroom with a small kitchen area and shower room. Sited in our garden the main access is shared with our other properties Demelza and Lowenna but we have made a lovely cosy area exclusively for Tressa. There is an outdoor patio and small sheltered eating area. Plus a small garden with reclining chairs, a lovely sun trap!

The Lugger is a stunning property completed in 2023. Situated up a private bumpy lane, once through the gates you will be free from the hustle and bustle and a lovely quiet space awaits you with off road parking and a sunny patio. It is located at the bottom of our garden, but has separate pedestrian and vehicular access. Only a 5 minute walk into Wadebridge and Camel Trail, the town boasts some lovely independent shops, restaurants, bars and bike hire.

A perfect place to stay to enjoy a day on the beach, walks on Bodmin Moor and the Camel Trail or to visit the nearby towns of Padstow, Port Isaac or Wadebridge with their award winning restaurants from Chefs including Rick Stein, Paul Ainsworth and Nathan Outlaw.
