This updated 960 sq. ft. condo sits at 10k + feet above Idaho Springs on Fall River Rd. 1 bedroom with loft(via ladder) offers 2 queen beds. The living room couch has a queen bed and an additional memory foam mattress is available if needed. Less than 100 yard walk to St. Mary's Glacier Trailhead. Dozens of hiking trails, jeep trails, and year round activities in the area. * The condo is at elevation. There is a 9 mile drive to the town of Idaho Springs. Wildlife and scenery. unmatched.

A cozy 2bed condo providing the perfect escape for 1-6 people. This rental is approximately 11,000-ft above sea level. It can be accessed via a scenic 20-minutes drive from I-70, along Fall River Road. You can walk to the trailhead for Saint Mary's Glacier, a 1.9-mile well-used trail to a beautiful lake. Recently updated with fresh paint and furnishings, full kitchen and soft beds. Free WiFi. Coin washer and dryer located in the basement of the building. A dedicated parking spot is available.

Enjoy a private getaway for 2 with wood-burning stove (MUST bring firewood), indoor dining/cooking area with 2-burner propane stove (propane provided), sleeping loft, outdoor sitting area with propane gas grill. NO electricity or running water. Outdoor shower stall with two 5-gallon solar heated shower bags. Bring towels. Outhouse nearby. Bring food & ice. Well water provided from spigot at main cabin. The ceiling to floor windows offer amazing views of Chief Mountain and Mt Evans and are enjoyed from inside the cabin and on the deck. Hiking, biking, fishing, snowshoeing and so much more are accessible from the front door. The neighborhood is very quiet and offers a very relaxing place to kick back and enjoy the view.
