This memorable place is anything but ordinary and the perfect resting place after a day walking the beautiful coastline of South West Cornwall or just enjoying some down time. Positioned between St Ives and Landsend with fantastic views down the coast. This perfectly formed studio has everything you need from a full size shower, a log burner and an extra comfortable king size bed. We are also situated between two fabulous pubs, The Tinners Arms and the Gurnard's Head, if you fancy dinning out.

Skapya Treehouse takes escapism to another level. Set high among the trees, you’ll find yourself surrounded by a canopy of mature oak, beech, and ash. From your private balcony, you’re eye level with the canopy. At dawn and dusk, watch for woodpeckers, owls, and even bats as the forest comes to life around you. A short walk leads to your own secluded area, complete with a log-fired hot tub. Please note: Depending on the ambient temperature, the hot tub may take 2–3 hours to reach optimal heat.

Bream Barn is a spacious dog friendly little house set within a pretty two acre garden, with open plan fully equipped kitchen/dining/lounge, woodburner, bedroom, huge shower, BBQ. Located between sandy Maenporth beach (10-15mins walk) & the pretty village of Mawnan Smith (also 10-15 mins walk) with cafes and restaurants within walking distance & a good pub. Short walk to Bream Cove, great for swimming. 10 mins drive to vibrant Falmouth. It is secluded, private & in a beautiful coastal setting

It has an enclosed garden, private parking and is in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty near the tranquil Helford River and spectacular beaches such as Kynance Cove. There are many lovely walks nearby. We’re dog-friendly, a short stroll from a beautiful 17th-century pub & shop. We look forward to welcoming you to this hidden corner of Cornwall. Beech Tree House, in St Martin village is within walking to the pub. Many beaches, coves & walks nearby. We designed/built our home and are ready to share it. 4 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms it's the perfect combo. The sitting room, dining & kitchen space is open plan, with entertainment room, utility and WC just off. The master bed is light and spacious & boasts country & distant sea views plus ensuite wet room. Bedrooms 3 & 4 share the family bathroom and bedroom 2 also has an ensuite shower room.

If you like modern spaces, and fancy hanging around sculpture for more than a quick gallery visit then this may appeal. The setting is rural the accommodation spacious and light. The sculpture is at close quarters within your apartment and in the well tended garden. The accommodation is priced for two. Babies are more than welcome ( The space is large and would accommodate three or four people with an additional cost. A sofa bed can be requested but the space is open plan).
