Cosy studio loft in the heart of St Ives

This cosy studio loft conversion is situated on Royal Square in the centre of St Ives. It is a five minute walk to nearby beaches and just steps away from the main shopping streets and restaurants. The loft is equipped with everything you need. Kitchen, dining, living and sleeping areas and a shower room. The loft is in the top of a hotel but it is my home and completely separate. I live nearby with my partner most of the time so have decided to let it out. If you have any questions fire away :)

3a Sea View Place is a cosy, well equipped apartment nestled into the rocks just above Bamaluz Beach. It boasts the most spectacular of sea views which can be enjoyed from the comfort of your own balcony making your holiday in St Ives truly unforgettable. Situated on the first floor, but with only eight granite steps to the apartment entrance. The living room and small balcony enjoy uninterrupted sea views of the harbour and bay. There are two bedrooms, each with a 4ft. 6in. divan bed. Both bedrooms have a TV and built-in wardrobes; heating is by electric panel radiators. The comfortable living-room has fitted kitchen area that includes a fridge/freezer and washer/drier, a large window seat to watch the world go by completes this apartment.
